Needing some help with the value of an unusual parcel of land, I went onto Grisedale's web chat. Despite it being very late in the evening, I received excellent service from the lady dealing with my (quite complicated) enquiry. She took the details and said she would pass it on to a member of the team in the morning. Sure enough, the following day I had a call from Scott, who was tremendously helpful in so many ways. He put in a lot of effort on my behalf, and went over and above what was asked of him.
