22nd Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)You really need to look at or at least train whoever is answering your phone. I tried ringing today and the woman who answered just sounded so disinterested in life. I could barely hear her. She didn’t really care. She was pretty terrible to be honest and I wouldn’t ever use this company because of the first phone call I ever had which isn’t a great sign.

Patsy's communication and professionalism has been fantastic, I would definitely recommend Mumbles Property and use them again.
3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

9th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.

29th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Had a viewing, Jonathan turned up an hour late. Made a close to asking price offer. Poor communication from Jonathan. A week or so of us chasing and him saying he hasn’t got an answer yet. And then nothing. Ignoring our calls and texts. Completely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this man! Looks like he’s had many companies in the past. Hiding something or just completely unfit as an estate agent
