Absolutely horrendous experience. No for sale board outside for 8 weeks (apparently they forgot) No virtual tour (why would they do that when the house is empty) Um... to help sell my house!! Not informed of feedback. They tried to terminate my contract with them saying I wasn't happy with their service just because I questioned why the above things haven't been carried out as part of the service they offered. They had me literally in tears the way the spoke to me, I've never been spoken to like this in my life! After being in Absolute tears they said they would "keep me on"!! I'm glad to say, I moved swiftly over to Clee who were absolutely amazing, kept me fully informed, kind, caring and sold my house within weeks! Well done Clee... Read more
