My partner and I are first time buyers and Duncan and Molly were really helpful at guiding us through the process and making it all make sense. Special thanks also to Georgie who drove us around to umpteen houses. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made looking at houses so much less stressful than it could have been. Unfortunately the house we wanted to buy fell through but I have no doubt they would have been just as helpful throughout the whole buying process. Thank you so much everyone, we'll keep you in mind if we move again!
Almost impossible to arrange a viewing with them, they can't find the houses they have listed. The one time time they arranged a viewing for us they first cancelled it because they forgot to tell the vendor, rescheduled and failed a second time because they forgot their keys. They only told us last minute when we were either at or on our way to the property. The woman responsible hardly apologized but blamed a colleague over and over. Awful, awful, awful. I don't understand how they can stay in business.
We have just used every element of the Brandon office and couldn't be happier!
We firstly found a home on Lords Walk as it had been recommended to us as a great investment area. We used the recommended solicitors and they made everything incredibly straight forward. We used Jon to sort out the mortgage and Richard to then find a tenant and manage the rental. We had tenants move in within a week of us owning the home.
The process was very smooth in all aspects and everybody in the office was great to work with.

Without any doubt, the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with..!!
I have previously used another branch of William Brown over the years, buying and selling houses and they were always professional, efficient, friendly and always helpful.
The Brandon branch are the other end of the spectrum. Underhand, not truthful and will drag you out to the end of any contract.
If you want to waste your time and money and have a very stressful experience use William Brown Brandon.
If not, use any other estate agent you can find, it will be worth it..!!!
I had to give one star to be able to post a review, otherwise they would have not had any....
We had a very pleasant experience buying and selling our home through Abbots. It might not have gone to plan first time but they always did their best to help us.
We also used Jonathan for our mortgage advice and he always went the extra mile to help and advise us as best he good.
Would definitely recommend the whole abbots/countrywide team in Watton
Nightmare, they drove my solicitor mad and when he refused to take their incessant calls anymore, they rang me "daily!” All they seem to be interested in is getting their percentage and fees. On the other hand if you want something from them like details of the boundary their solicitors; refuse to reply, cannot be bothered or poo- poo your request.
This company is an absolute nightmare, which is mad considering I was ready to complete early June but their own negligence made it take until late September.
Their release of tenant deposits is something else altogether; (see letting at Dereham branch).
Advice is; to sell or buy somewhere else
I highly recommend Money Properties for anyone looking for a house in the Wymondham area. They are a local firm with an unrivalled knowledge of properties in the area. Gwen Rennie and her colleagues have been extremely helpful throughout and responded quickly and cheerfully to our various changing needs, and we have smoothly finalised our purchase. Money Properties is really an outstanding estate agent.
Just sold my house, very professional, great communication. The only organisation I've dealt with during a complex sale who actually helped make it happen.
Every interaction with the team at Money's has been helpful and professional. I'd definitely use them again.
Exceptional service at all stages of the sale procedures.
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, caring and hard-working
by all members of the team, especially Andrew Overman, who went out
of his way to help me get through a very trying, and emotional experience
when selling my late Mother's property.
Thank you to all on the Team.
What can you say, the worst by far estate agent i've had the misfortune to deal with, nothing but lies broken promises and the lack of contact begs belief, if your brave and dont care go for it. do your self a favor, try someone else.
You've been warned, and only yourselves to blame.
Moving house after 40yrs is an emotional experience. Williams Way listened and were sensitive to this. They were not at all pushy and although they offered advice for selling our period property they willingly followed on our wishes. The property sold the weekend it went on the market for viewings. I had always understood that moving house could be a stressful situation. I can honestly say that the whole process was anything but stressful. We are now settled and delighted in our new home and would like to thank the personal touch and professionalism of Wil and Richard at Williams Way for making our house move a stress free situation. We highly recommend this local business with absolutely no hesitation.
Thank you, Christine
On looking for an estate agent, we were advised to use a local one and we are glad that we did. Both friendly and approachable with very fair terms of fees which you wouldn't find with larger well-known estate agents. Pleasant, helpful and professional
