Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.

29th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)The staff were friendly, polite, and professional overall. Our house was on the market for about six weeks and we only had two viewings during that time, so in the end we decided to take it off the market as the experience wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for. One thing I didn’t like was that we met one estate agent for our valuation, initial consultation, and photos, but after that we never heard from him again. Instead, a different agent we’d never met carried out the viewings. This person didn’t know us or what we wanted potential buyers to know about our house, including specific details we’d shared with the original agent. We were disappointed as we expected the person we’d built rapport with to be the one doing the viewings
4th May 2026 (1 day ago)We have found our Agent Miranda Menzies to be very helpful, hard working, professional and feel we would not have sold our property if it was not for her. Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

24th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)" In the first fifteen years of their existence Powell's Rural Surveyors have established an enviable reputation as the place to go for those selling property with land. So, in November 2025 I asked them to market my property in Monmouth with nearly half an acre of land. Sophie Pilot was my allotted contact at Powell's and in the period November 2025 to completion of sale in April 2026 , performed far in excess of my expectations. This was in respect to viewings, support and resolving issues with those in the chain. This was particularly important in the last week before exchange when real issues arose. She worked late, including weekends harassing those who were causing delays and ensured that progress was maintained. I would thoroughly recommend Powell's if you have a property with land to sell and Sophie as the person to handle viewings and deal with purchasers " Regards David Cummings

6th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)My experience with David James from my initial enquiries to offer and acceptance has been relaxed, friendly and efficient. Staff have kept me informed of all viewings and outcomes which have been conducted very professionally.

29th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Good experience. Kept informed at all times as don't live in the area. All staff were great but particularly Ben at the beginning and throughout and Catherine at the end. Always replied quickly to queries. Would recommend these estate agents.
22nd Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will seem really helpful and on the ball to get you into a property. But are happy to leave you in bad conditions once you are in, with little to no comms. Avoid at all costs if you want to live somewhere without blocked pipes, rotting floors (which were promised to be done in week 1 of me moving in as they are rotting from a leak from the previous tenant, leaking toilet, dead animal (rat like) smells (and possibly dead animals - who knows as they haven’t arranged for anyone to look into it), radiators on the floor (that have fallen off the wall) and radiators that don’t heat up. These are just a few of the issues I am currently facing in the property let by Digby and Turner. The builder Owen uses is incapable and when finally replacing the toilet last friday after almost 2 months of waiting, he left full access to my property by leaving the back door wide open for a minimum of 2 days whilst I was away caring for family. This was after he left the front door open to the street, allowing my German shepherd to run straight into the road. I am receiving very limited communications from Owen and am having to seek legal advice to find out what I can do next. AVOID DIGBY AND TURNER. Would have given 0 stars, but Google says you have to pick at least 1. Couple of photos attached so you can see this review is very real and see how filthy the property was when taking it on, despite being told cleaners were going in. I highlighted over a month ago that this is worsening a health condition which I am currently receiving hospital treatment for, yet still have not even received an apology from Owen/Digby and Turner, let alone getting the work done. I don’t even know if the landlord knows of the state of disrepair his property is in, so if you are looking for someone to let your property, consider how Digby and turner will look after it (or not look after it) before considering them as an option. Worst agency I have ever experienced - so much so that I am writing this review, which I have never done before, but the level of ignorance and inability to provide safe accommodation, or stick to agreements is unbelievable and I wanted to warn others before they find themselves in the horrible conditions I am living in.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I recently completed my purchase and move from England to Wales and wanted to express my gratitude to the team at Fine and Country. Keeley was constantly available and helped me organise multiple visits over the year to different properties and her advice was very much needed. Corrine met me at all the houses and was very knowledgeable about them and the different locations. I visited my dream home 3 times with Corrine who was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable and gave me time in the house. Once agreed that this was my house the team went above and beyond to secure this house for me. Alice was then bought in for my sale and she was exceptional throughout, she stayed in constant touch with me, chased multiple people in the chain, was lightning speed at responding and became my therapist throughout the whole process. Once the purchase was complete and we headed to exchange and completion the real stress began. Alice did everything in her power to ensure my move went as smoothly as it could and even when there was obstacles Alice got me through it. Corrine even went to my house and waited for furniture to be delivered 2 weeks before I moved in and on my moving day Corrine met me with a plate full of lovely cakes and welcomed me to Wales with the biggest hug that I needed. My eternal thanks to this amazing team of women who helped me, listened to me and looked after me for the past year. Alexandra

9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
