27th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very poor communication - no feedback received after viewings, and contact reduced to less than once a month very quickly. Property not sold, taken off the market.
19th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)I’ve had mixed experiences with this agency. Garry seems like a genuinely nice guy, but I’ve often had to chase for replies. Emails sometimes go unanswered, and when calling about a property, my details weren’t taken, so I wasn’t sure how seriously the enquiry was being handled. A bit more responsiveness and simple confirmations of received messages would make a big difference to customer confidence. The company names Essex Prime Residential and Surrey Prime Residential also caused a bit of confusion, as they appear to be the same business. Overall, there’s potential here, but they do need to tighten up communication. If I use this agent again in the future and see improvements, I’ll happily update my review.

14th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)The worst company ever. Does not take care of it's tenants and is negligent in doing necessary repairs. A disgusting agency. Left tenant in the cold. Gave tenant a filthy flat with holes and broken windows, layers of defacation in the toilet, and a non working cooker to name a few. Bricks NEVER repaired or replace even after several pleas and notifications. A bad way to treat a good and responsible tenant. Stay away if you want a responsible landlord. An unethical landlord with no concern. GREEDY- This agent doesn't have any reviews
