3rd Sep 2024 (13 weeks ago)We recently bought our lovely house through Williams, and found them to be very friendly and helpful. Ben showed us around three properties. He listened to what we said, and quickly tuned in to what we wanted. During the course of the purchase we revisited the property two or three times, and the Williams team were always friendly and obliging. The icing on the cake was when they very kindly came to my rescue when I locked myself out of the house shorly after moving in. Thank you, Williams, you have been superstars. Elaine and Phil Smith

1st Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)Shannon from the start was brilliant, she explained everything, and I would highly recommend her for the future viewings. Caroline who showed us around was also very good. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of service from Pittis estate agents.- 6th Nov 2024 (28 days ago)We've had a tough time looking for a new property. Even the estate agent we are selling with couldn't be bothered to send us any details before they were posted on Rightmove. Not at Pittis. As soon as I registered interest in a property with them, Kiri & Ross worked hard to suggest more to me. They had me in to view 2 properties before anyone else. Viewings were done in a very professional manner and we felt like our feedback was taken on board. Although we didn't end up buying through Pittis we will definitely be using them to sell for us in the future.
9th Aug 2024 (17 weeks ago)When our tenants decided to move mid contract the letting team at Watsons were so efficient getting the properly back online, finding new tenants within days ! The whole process was completely smooth, Debbie and Amelia kept us informed along the way taking the stress out of managing our own properties. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
13th May 2021 (3 years ago)Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.

3rd Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)Higher end buyers beware! Do not use Spence Willard Bembridge unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket and filled with heartache. We were led down the rose-coloured path and assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers – do not list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.

17th Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)We had to pay up front for marketing / photos etc but initially were not told this until we signed. Viewings were minimal & feedback was always so positive until 24 / 48 hours later when the buyer would become totally disinterested. Prior to the final viewing we were given so much positivity & such a build up but the buyers didn’t even enter our property!!! A completely waste of everyone’s time….the buyers were SOLD clients so the agent must no exactly what they wanted in their next home??? Overall very very disappointing, a great team but a waste of our money & a waste of time & energy!!!!
13th Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
23rd Jul 2024 (19 weeks ago)The communication with the estate agent wasn’t the best as we found we seemed to be chasing them for an update rather than them contacting us. We eventually sold the property with them but it wasn’t the best experience.

I felt that I was receiving very personal assistance, and that my business mattered. It has not been plain sailing, but the Agency carefully managed the obstacles that arose and were able to keep the deal moving forward. There was always someone on hand either on the end of the telephone, or if I popped into the office. I am very happy to recommend Spence Willard.

Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Liam set realistic expectations and over delivered on those expectations. I would highly recommend The Agency UK as a result. Thank you ????
