A very professional company. They reply to emails promptly. I have been dealing with Connie on the Letting side of the business and she is very professional and responsive via email and also on the phone.
Would recommend to friends and family who need an Estate Agency or Letting Agency. Keep up the good work.

This company has to be the most unprofessional team of people whom spell out fractured chaos both moving in and moving out. Do not rely on any verbal conversations if trying to reach even the smallest of agreements on your journey as a tennant managed by these. I was fooled by thier own terribly itinerary which let to walking into a property with vine stained carpets they never pointed out . Their so called brilliant photos now have me in dispute for getting my full deposit back. I left the property cleaner than I found it and endured rudeness for a full 12 months. Did not rush with this company you will get burnt

We were potential buyers from Pittis in Ventnor, the sellers got cold feet so it did not progress. Tracie Abbiss was amazing in her support and hard work to try and get us over the line.
Alas it did not happen but it wasn't because of lack of effort, great service great communication and I can't recommend the Ventnor office highly enough. Thanks

Initially they got back to me for an appointment to value my property. On the day no one turned up. I had to call them to find out why, I was told I would be called back and again nothing. Very unprofessional
I have now gone with another agent.

I cannot speak poorly enough about these people. No letting management skills - electrics not signed off, work not done for months, no communication, high charges. Friends of ours have had problems in selling through them with lost deeds, a lack of knowledge on how to sell a house etc. On top of all this, they sell your details to mobile, utility and other companies to make some more out of you.
