Higher end buyers beware! Do not use Spence Willard Bembridge unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket and filled with heartache. We were led down the rose-coloured path and assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers – do not list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.... Read more

I am unimpressed, and encountered unexpected issues that were not detailed in the survey report. A window in the ground floor property was had to be fixed as an emergency on the day of arrival due to security issues and risks. The window was stuffed with tissue and foam, and the hinge was broken, so could not be closed, or put on the latch. The windows were rated as needing repair or replacement in the future, no further detail was supplied or suggestions of needing to be repaired of replaced straight away. In addition to this they did not identified mould in some of the rooms. I would not recommend this company do not use them.... Read more
