They did a brilliant job - transparent communication, no stress, no fuss - I felt 100% confident at every stage. We sold quickly in a challenging market - wonderful people, highly recommended.

27th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)We were greatly disappointed as a potential buyer dealing with this estate agent. We had travelled some 60 miles and taken a ferry to the Isle of Wight to view a property in Newport. We had booked an appointment for 2pm. We arrived at 2:10pm. Without any courtesy call or email to chase on our whereabouts (we were delayed by the ferry - and the agent Laura knew we were on the mainland) I had to call her five times at which point she told me she left the property as she had another appointment. She was rude, offered no alternative appointment and appeared just not to care. Clearly had a higher commission viewing elsewhere.

- 11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Left me with a broken door for several months whilst heavily pregnant and trying to manage MS. They were aware of this and only fixed it the same week I was due to have my child. I had to lift and pull a door open if I ever wanted to get in and out. They didn’t care
