20th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)I have moved house many times in my life but I have to say The Zoe Napier group really are a special group of people and a cut above the rest. I mainly dealt with Greg, who is personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They managed to get my house sale through in good time in a very tricky market, well done guys! We were very happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.

25th Apr 2020 (4 years ago)I was really pleased with the service that Sell like new provided me when buying this property. This was my first ever purchase of a property, so i was new to the whole process, but my estate agent maid the process feel easy and not so daunting. If ever i had any questions he was always on call to answer and reassure me.I felt he handled it professionally and worked quickly to get to the completion of the sale. In conclusion, i was very happy with them as my estate agent and would definitely recommend to anyone as they provided an excellent service.

5th May 2023 (1 year ago)We rented for just over 1 year, reported several faults during this period of which some where resolved, 1 being the central heating was in poor condition, the landlord requested a rent increase the following year of which we challenged until the central heating was resolved, the central heating failed during the coldest winter on record and we were without heating/hot water for 3 days. As we did not pay the increase in rent the Landlord was upset and issued us a eviction notice (joke right) appears Sage Ward didn't even tell them we had challenged the proposed rent increase. Sage Wage said I was lying, even thou I provided emails with the reports, no apologies were given. In summary from the outside they look great, but very poor services, We didn't sign the inventory as we raised concerns of which they failed to respond. Again all proof via emails held, fully decorated the house on moving out, better condition than when we moved in and they still have request just under £500 of our deposit, Gold star award company that hopes to charge £90 to grout four screw holes? WARNING keep any written correspondence, you will need it.

I never imagined an estate agent would be so helpful in every area of selling my house; and my expectations are high. The cost was less than half everyone else quoted me.
