They weren't a property buying company, they were more like a property selling company and I am looking into getting our £900.00 back through a solicitor, they were more like property brokers, rather then buying our property and paying us they were like estate agent selling our property.... Wasn’t always informed what was going on… maybe they didn’t know either but that’s the issue when you’re not an individual with personal treatment. Similarly with their appointed solicitor… I didn’t always feel my interests were being dedicatedly looked after, had to keep asking both for updates.... Read more
