It was a long process and they were always on hand to assist with questions and chasing the relevant parties!! They were professional, helpful and understanding. They gave me good advice and recommendations for a solicitor. I’m very happy with the service and am now buying my new property through them. Highly recommended.

21st Aug 2024 (25 weeks ago)I contacted this agent on a Friday to view a flat 10am Monday morning. As I was very interested I called and emailed on Saturday offering to put a holding deposit down as I was 99% sure I would take it and didn’t mind putting the deposit down early. I was told I would get a call back but didn’t get either a call or email. On Sunday I received an email confirming my viewing was booked and ready to go ahead for Monday morning 10am. I then took the day off work, drove for an hour and a half to get there, and at 9:55am I got an email saying the viewing was cancelled as someone had put a deposit down on Saturday. I called the agency and they finally informed me that they do not take a deposit unless you’ve had a viewing. If I had been informed I would have either gone on Saturday or not made the hour and a half drive for nothing. Very bad service, would not recommend.

14th Jan 2025 (4 weeks ago)We had a series of unfortunate issues with various purchases due to leasehold problems which frustrated our Buyers. We felt that Wards could have managed the Buyers' expectations better, and we moved to another local agent after the Buyers pulled out. We re-sold quickly and thank Lisa and Nicola for their efforts.

25th Apr 2020 (4 years ago)I was really pleased with the service that Sell like new provided me when buying this property. This was my first ever purchase of a property, so i was new to the whole process, but my estate agent maid the process feel easy and not so daunting. If ever i had any questions he was always on call to answer and reassure me.I felt he handled it professionally and worked quickly to get to the completion of the sale. In conclusion, i was very happy with them as my estate agent and would definitely recommend to anyone as they provided an excellent service.
30th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely awful place. As a tenant I have never been treated so poorly. So many things to write but will choose just 1. When our 2nd child was born she became very ill after 6 days and was rushed to hospital and kept in for 4 days. This was over Xmas time. We asked to put the rent payment back a little as we don't drive and needed to get 4 cabs a day to and from hospital. Lorraine decided to call my partner and berate her for not having savings and went on talking about the poor old landlord. Not once did she even ask about our newborn baby. Awful woman!

Communication was excellent from day one, the speed of booking viewings and promoting our property was amazing and the effort to exchange and complete was also excellent.
