I just have to say a big thank you to the team at Chancellors (Robert, Callum and Louise) for making the process of selling our house and buying another property so much better and easier than we could have hoped for! They were always on hand to quickly and thoroughly respond to all our questions and queries and proactively kept us informed at every stage. Throughout the whole process they showed high levels of knowledge, expertise and professionalism and we are hugely grateful to Robert for his experienced and steady negotiation skills. It was such a relief to be able to trust them to just get on with it and do the best possible job for us. We are very happy to recommend the team at Chancellors, they really are excellent.
Can't believe how incompetent this company is! They've been ringing my private number for a year now in spite of not being interested in buying or selling or even being in the area! Several demands to remove my data have come to nought. They think I am someone else and clearly they are not serving that customer well either. How many numbers do they have left that I can block?

Awful service. Very sexist in that they would never respond to my emails but responded to my male partner. Pushy and pressured us in to cutting corners to 'get the deal done quickly' resulting in empty promises and us being out of pocket. Refuse to accept any responsibility for their wrong doing. Sold our property with Bonners, could not be happier. Even with a fixed price agreed they worked hard to get us an excellent price and we're always available when we needed them. If I ever have to move again (I hope I don't!) then I wouldn't hesitate to use Bonners
During our recent house move we put forward and offer to Bonners on a property in Chinnor. The first time we called (on a weekend) they didn't even take our details and said they'd put the offer forward! When we called back on the Monday, they refused to put the offer forward to the vendor since it was lower than other offers they had received - awful practice! The new manager was outright rude and unprofessional, and in speaking with other local residents, we weren't the only ones who felt the manager was extremely condescending. We purchased through Bonners and Babbingtons 2 1/2 years ago and had a terrible experience and dealt with rude, unresponsive and aggressive staff, who cause major problems in the chain. Due to the experience we've had with the staff, on two separate occasions across the 2 1/2 year period, we will be steering clear of Bonners in the future. The additional stress they caused in our first purchase was unbelievable, and we had hoped that 2 years on and with new staff and management it'd be better experience but we were disappointed.
