Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest - as sellers we knew we were in safe hands and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Knight Frank. From the marketing, to handling all aspects of the sale, they did a great job and in record time. Massive thumbs up and would definitely recommend.

More than the 2 local agents initially advised as a “fair” price....her professionalism and here to help to attitude gave me full confidence in her and her staff. Also thank you to the lovely Ellie who followed our sale through to completion!! Would highly recommend! A lovely enthusiastic bunch.
(Re FROME office LETTINGS) The worst letting agent I have dealt with. Terrible communication. Rudeness. Terrible customer service. Not adhering to contract on several occasions. Broken items (under contract) in home left unfixed for lengthy period - had to fix myself.Not returning deposit (still waiting, and being told I need to wait longer, contrary to TDS rules) in set period. When I stated that I would seek legal advice, and leave an appropriate review, I was told not to use 'threatening language'. Avoid at all costs. Appalling company. Appalling attitude. (sorry this review is in respect of the FROME office managed by Ms Kate Shipp - an appallingly rude person and totally unprofessional. The senior lettings person is Holly Sturman, who accused me today of using 'threatening language' towards her - when I stated how disappointed I was in their company, that they were not paying back the deposit when they should! (I made no remarks to her personally - simply about the company - which I have a right to do) - and that I was to make a formal complaint about them and contact a solicitor. They have contravened TDS rules in respect of returning the deposit - I am still waiting for it! They are arrogant, and have no sense of customer service. The WORST letting agent I have ever come across. Dreadful.
