We did agree with initall Wilson Tominey taking on the property but as we dropped the value, they moved it to Wilson Mowlam as this apparently looked better on web searches, ie it didn't show the property had been reduced. We were guided by the agents regarding a value and recognise the market is not in a great place right now but once we had a potential offer and moving forward from that point the communication has been excellent and very prompt....
