16th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)They sell insurance and collect money. Hard to get any customer support. They stopped taking credit cards- that became my problem. I transferred money from overseas and their bank deducted 10 GBP. They didn't get their money- that's my problem now. I requested a refund on cancelled policy. Only after 2 e-mails and 2 phone calls did I get a response and refund- 45 days later.

I sympathise with anyone selling or letting a property through this stuck up agency . May god help you . Completely slack , a lot of p45’s need dishing out here .

The service was very profesional from viewing, move in and on going comunication. The maintenance team are very profesional and provide regular updates if there is any maintenance required. Really happy with the property and the Squarefoot Team.

8th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Recently bought a house, and NJG Estate Agents were representing the seller. I honestly can’t express how well Nick Grobler handled everything from start to finish. The process ended up taking longer than expected (through no one’s fault), but Nick stayed on top of it the whole way — even while on holiday, he was taking calls and sorting out issues so things could move forward. When the house ran into a bit of trouble, Nick didn’t just sit back or hide behind a phone — he was hands-on, dealing with things directly and making sure everyone stayed in the loop. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting things done properly. He told me he’d look after me , and he really did. I’d trust NJG Estate Agents — and especially Nick — any day. Proper professional, but also down-to-earth and reliable.
