26th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view. All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.

14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Exception personal service, skill and knowledge. Not only did he sell our house within a week, after a previous agent tried for 3 months and only managed 2 viewings, but sold it so someone we really liked and at the right price. Outstanding
29th Dec 2020 (3 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.
5th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)The team were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a good time to sell but they set our expectations and kept us in the loop an appropriate amount. We couldn’t sell so it is hard to judge the agents’ performance across the whole process. The viewings we had were not particularly productive - a few of them could have been avoided by some simple questions about budget and some information about the house and area, which would have saved us the stress of a pointless viewing.

1st Nov 2020 (3 years ago)Nicholls Residential have been excellent to deal with during the sale of my property. They have been so polite and helpful every step of the way. My flat was empty and after the initial meeting I barely had to lift a finger. Their communication was excellent by e mail and phone. I would recommend them to everyone.
21st Jul 2022 (1 year ago)They are great depending on what you want... They will market your house quickly, elicit offers quickly, get a decent price, so basically they can see snow to Eskimos. But their back of house sale progression side of things seems non existent, I've always had to chase them for info, sometimes more than once, I don't think I have had a call from them that wasn't initiated by me needing to know where we are.
