9th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We purchased our flat through Savills in Windsor and were very ably supported throughout the process by Kornelija Makareviciute- her communications throughout the process were excellent- and particularly so when we hit some problems during the legal process post offer. Whilst her client was the seller, we also felt that as purchasers she was responsive to our needs for information and she didn't hold back from nudging both set of solicitors and others in moving the process forward. Her process was very effective and we are grateful to her for that! We achieved exchange and completion within 3 months of offer which for a leasehold property seemed pretty good going!

As a first-time seller, they supported me through every step of the process, and I’m delighted with the lovely buyers they found for my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

9th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)My Aunt and I have met Ellie several times over the last few weeks when she showed us around properties. Out of all the estate agents we have dealt with, we have found Ellie to be the best! Very professional, extremely helpful (often coming back to us with an answer to a query before the viewing was even over) and so personable. Ellie showed empathy and kindness throughout each viewing. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the house we end up choosing is one of Ellie's!
8th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)My wife and I had resolved to buy a holiday home in Whitstable and discovered Woodward & Bishopp when seeking to be shown a few properties there. Kelly very kindly performed this task admirably. The house we liked the most was sold to someone else which was disappointing but Kelly continued to stay in touch and called my wife (who was in Dubai at the time) to alert us to the fact that the sale had fallen through and was back on the market. Kelly worked hard encouraging us to revisit the house and at that stage we were introduced to Bishopp, a principal at Woodward & Bishopp. We put in an offer and Bishopp could not have been more helpful in assisting us in achieving an extremely fast completion. I think from the date of our offer to completion only took 3 weeks 5 days. Truly a miracle and very much to the satisfaction of my wife and I as well as to the vendors. We could not recommend Woodward and Bishopp highly enough!

Josh in particular has been excellent — incredibly proactive with his sites and always on top of what’s needed. He works closely with the Directors on site and consistently feeds back to us regarding servicing and repairs, which makes everything run smoothly and efficiently. It’s clear there’s strong communication and genuine care taken in managing their properties. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

From the very beginning, Bradley was polite, confident, and extremely reassuring. As an exceptional Sales Manager, he stood out straight away with his professionalism, knowledge, and determination to get our home sold. Bradley gave us complete confidence in the process and worked tirelessly to make sure everything moved forward. His communication, guidance, and commitment made a huge difference, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about achieving the best result for us. Thanks to Bradley’s efforts, Duncan Yeardley quickly got things moving. Our property was eventually sold with the help of Freya, who also played an important role in progressing the sale and helping get everything over the line. Behind the scenes, Karen Stanton was fantastic as well. She did a remarkable job, especially when it came to resolving issues and correcting mistakes made by our solicitors.
