Helpful, warm and always on hand to help. The sale of our flat went on for a lot longer than expected, due to unforseen circumstances, and this made the process incredibly stressful for my family and the vendor who was selling us his house. It was one of the most stressful experiences of our lives and without the support of Lauren, from the progressing team, I do not know how we would have got through it. I cannot praise Lauren enough, she singled handedly kept the chain together for over a year. Kind, caring and avaliable on evenings and weekends when I needed her. She always knew what to say to make me feel better, even on the worst days. Robinson Jackson are very lucky to have her (she deserves a bonus!). Thank you to Sam too for always being lovely and supportive too.

Whilst she was acting for the seller, she was able to help throughout the conveyancing process and proved to be a gateway between the parties. Always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I really big thank you for helping is buy the house of our dreams.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)The team at Kent Estate Agencies were fantastic throughout the process - we recently purchased a property in Tankerton and they supported us from start to finish - arranging viewings, providing excellent communication between the sellers, solicitors and ourselves, and really working to remove any obstacles to the purchase when exchange got a little tricky! We could not recommend the team enough and would not hesitate to use again.

I can’t really praise them highly enough and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anybody who thinks of buying or selling. I contacted them after I had been let down by another local estate agent. I was at the end of my tether, frustrated and anxious. Even before I became their client, Annabel and Nikki took the time to listen to my experience, offering much needed emotional support as well as their professional expertise. For this I will be forever grateful. I can truly say they went above and beyond! I was able to trust them, and this gave me peace of mind. They guided me through the process of selling my flat, always being there at the end of the phone, always staying positive, being supportive and working tirelessly towards achieving the best outcome for me. 16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Slow to get anyone interested in property at the beginning very poor advice on how to dress the property. We had to take our own decisions on improving the interior before anyone showed interest ie painting walls and woodwork, removing some furniture to make house look less cluttered and replacing damaged internal doors. Following which we had someone show interest.
