I have been dealing with Nicole Furrer for the last 5 years with regards to my rental properties. She is amazing and goes above and beyond when finding suitable tenants, dealing with troubled tenants, annual renewals etc. Can't fault her service! Highly highly recommended!
Other than setting up camp in KFH offices, I’m unsure what more we can do to cajole the agents into solving the numerous problems they have created for us with regards to our rental. Our constant calls and emails have been met with various non-answers which has left us in an unclean property, filled with litter with plaster falling from the walls and no keys. What a disaster - avoid letting from KFH at all costs!
I just want to say, what an amazing team they have at Herne Bay David Clarke's Estate Agents. From the minute I called to ask to view a property and being able to accommodate the numerous viewings with Jodie, to chasing up solicitors and sellers and keeping me informed of what is happening by the wonderful Gareth , these individuals kept me sane through some of the hardest days of this buy, even Paul had to endure my moans and groans, yet through it all, they were nothing but polite, professional and at the end of the call, left me with a smile. So a massive thank you, I don't think I would have made it through to completion without you guys. You do an amazing job. Keep up the good work.
I had a bad customer service experience. Walked in here a few weeks ago and was ignored by most of the staff who valued their time more than mine. When someone finally deemed to help me they were rude. Maybe they were having a bad day but I expect a much higher level of professionalism from an estate agent than what I experienced.
Very Friendly and helpful. Sometimes it took a while to get a reply to our queries, but this was probably due to the high amount of work they had. Overall, very satisfied
Absolutely horrific, awful letting agency. The boiler was defective upon arrival and they charged us for it, there was a woodlice infestation upon arrival and they did nothing to sort it out. The property was already damaged due to neglect from before and they managed to milk thousands extra from us so we had to cover it instead. Do not go with Martin and Co, even if the alternative is being homeless
From the beginning of our dealings with Kent Estate Agent in particular Caroline at Tankerton branch, we have felt in safe and professional hands. Communication has alway been first class. Her support and care in all things has made the process less stressful. Now, even four months after the purchase Caroline is there to support us with aftercare issues. Calling at 8pm in the evening to reassure us of her continued support. This kind of work ethic is very rare to come across. Credit due to Caroline and her leadership skills to the team in the office.

This was my first experience using Sandersons after a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad we took the advice as the service has been fantastic from beginning to end. We were always kept informed of any issues and viewings and offered advice. I have to say the online selling schedule was much more professional also compared to another competitor we used before Sandersons. All in all a great service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I know I’ll be using them again, if and when required.
Pure incompetence. Yes, I am a student but that doesn’t allow you to ignore my complaints and never call me back. The lack of communication between their collegues lead to my flatmate sleeping in my bed for 2 weeks. Either none of them knew the details of our property or landlord, or they simply didn’t want to deal with our complaints. I spent so much time and money on the phone and going down their trying to sort out the issues with our property despite paying them a £240 admin fee. Would never use them again.
