Their eye for detail when taking the advertising photographs and the research they put into the writing of the property description were second to none. Leah and the rest of the staff in the office were always on the end of the phone when needed and nothing was too much trouble for them. From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. If we are ever in the market for another house (hopefully not, as my wife has promised), I would have no hesitation in calling Savills......10/10

4th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Absolute rubbish service. Phone and called to enquire about renting a property they put onto Rightmove this morning. The company told me to wait and they would ring me back. I missed the call due to work. 5 minutes after I called them back they denied having the property and I told them I saw it on rightmove. When I said not to worry, that I would call someone else she just said “thank you” in a very rude way. I don’t recommend dealing with this company at all. Very fake and rude.
24th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Probably one of the most stressful experiences of my life. However Chris at PF&K Keswick was the calm voice that helped me through the pressure and delays. And put up with all my emotional outbursts! The process of selling, is not for the faint hearted. Katherine at PF&K did a really good job of marketing my property, the pictures and info made my house look amazing. I would use them again (though I'm never moving again!) if I needed to, particularly if Chris could help.

28th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Communication with Hunters was almost impossible, we could never get through to them on the telephone. Calls were never returned when messages were left and when we did get through to them, they were surely in their attitude. No suggestions were made as to what actions could be taken to get the property sold. In the end we got rid of them.

If you rent from Northwood take your time and go through everything that seems not right (although you might risk to "lose" the property you're interested in, if you complain too much) Keep everything email documented.
20th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)PFK have worked as a close-knit team, able to answer questions, instigate viewings, take pro-active decisions and actions to ensure that they have achieved excellent results. A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling. They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price. We cannot mark them less than excellent.

Clare’s knowledge of the local area and housing market was far greater than anyone else we spoke to and we knew straight away we wanted to use your move for our sale. Communication was excellent, nothing was too much and our house was sold within a week and we exchanged in under 3 months which was amazing. We would completely recommend Clare and your move to anyone selling in Wigton and the surrounding area.
