The team were outstanding - so professional , proactive , informed and extremely personable. The sale was not a straightforward one and their understanding and communication was outstanding and we felt very reassured throughout. I could not recommend them highly enough - we are so happy in our new property and a big thank you to the team for making the process as seamless as possible. Wonderful service and lovely team. 9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I let out my house through Cooper & Tanner for a few years due to having to move away. From start to finish they were great. They made the process of getting the house ready for and finding tenants easy and smooth to understand. During the time they were always in continuous communication and also understanding of both tenants needs and mine. I would recommend for others to use their services.
7th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We used the Jackson-Stops team in Shaftesbury to market our house recently and we are so glad we did. Their approach from start to finish was excellent in every way. We were particularly impressed by the care they took over the photographs and presentation of the house, and by the fact that the whole team came to see the house before it was listed, to ensure they all understood the property's features and selling points. The pre-sale advice we received was relevant and helpful. The team achieved a very good sale for us during a difficult market period and helped us negotiate a final price we were more than happy with. Overall we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with a distinctive property to sell and seeking a first-class estate agent service.

19th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)If you’re looking for a professional, efficient and friendly team to help sell your property, I’d highly recommend W&W in Shaftesbury. Barnaby and Penny were excellent throughout. Their advice was clear and helpful, and they quickly found a suitable buyer for my flat at a price I was very happy with. There was never any pressure to rush a sale or sign up. They guided me through the whole process and explained everything clearly at each stage.

8th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. I was contacted and told that someone had tried to reach me about my enquiry a week earlier, which is quite impressive considering I had only made the enquiry three days prior. I met Ralf, at the viewing and to be fair, he was the only positive part of the entire experience—friendly and professional. I submitted an offer on Saturday and then heard absolutely nothing. By Tuesday, I had to chase them myself, only to be told “someone should have got back to you.” Not exactly the level of service you’d expect when making such an important decision. I was then informed that a higher offer had been made, so I increased mine accordingly… and once again, silence. I’ve never actually been told that my offer was unsuccessful. I can only assume it wasn’t accepted because the property has now been marked as sold on Rightmove. Communication clearly isn’t a priority here. Overall, incredibly poor service, lack of transparency, and zero follow-through. I won’t be using them again, and I certainly wouldn’t trust them to handle the sale of a property either.

20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We recently purchased a house listed through Lodestone, Martina was always quick to respond to our queries and was brilliant at keeping everyone in the loop during the final stages of the process. She really helped push everything through which was really appreciated. It was also really handy that they are based in Bruton. Would definitely consider using them in the future, although we won't want to think about selling anytime soon!

Found the perfect place to buy, no chain, all the paperwork being done, solicitor fees paid. 4 weeks in the process, we were gazumped!!!! No feelings whatsoever, or people skills. There is no doubt in my mind that without him, we would not have been able to complete our purchase. He went above and beyond to make the sale happen even driving hours to deliver physical contracts to lawyers. Through the ups and downs of a house sale and purchase he continued to be communicative, patient and delivered unparalleled quality of service (again, he was not our agent).
