Ross and Mia in particular were excellent - Ross was calling me more than I was him keeping my fully updated and assistance beyond what I would expect/felt was typical was offered when there were problems with the property not relating to the sale. A big thank you to all involved and very grateful indeed. Ultimately a sale was agreed at a fair price and everyone is happy. Very good indeed. Sadly I don't have any other business in the area otherwise I would definitely be back to them!!
6th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)In all our dealings with Jackson-Stops we have always found them to be honest, helpful, and extremely realistic on house prices, not over inflating prices just to win business. They also give every purchaser a fair chance organising proper viewing schedules for properties. All the staff are very knowledgeable about each property also so whether I get Ginny, Alex, Victoria or another member of staff I always get my queries answered if not immediately then certainly the same day. An extremely refreshing and much appreciated attitude from an estate agent!

15th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)Spent 2 years renting a cottage in a rural Wiltshire village with W&W. Very happy with the service provided and they always sorted things out if anything needed fixing including a leaky roof during a particularly bad spell of rainy weather! Thanks again!

26th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)Over valued our property at £1,500,000. Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. Sacked them after two months, house never sold.

Nothing was too much trouble, I have been driving them crazy with chase emails as things were delayed which was out of their control - they stayed patience and helpful through it all. The high standard of the house details attracted several companies from outside wanting to market my property. I would not hesitate in recommending the whole team at the Gillingham office to others. 28th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Fantastic service from Shula, James and Amy at the Sherborne branch. We sold our home successfully and most importantly smoothly(!!) with the team in May. Each viewing was followed up within 12 hours with an initial thought and then firmer feedback followed. Once under offer, Shula was on top of all the conveyancing and it compared to all our other moves it was a dream! Thank you so much!

30th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)The photos of my contents of a flat I sold through this company 2 years ago are being used to resell the flat which I no longer own ! I was not asked if they could do this and despite asking them to be removed have had no response and the photos remain This is not acceptable Poor customer care I was not impressed when I sold through them and would not recommend using them I have bought and sold through different agents in the past 12 times and this was my least favourite experience Buy through this agent but use another to sell would be my advice
