1st Jan 2025 (13 days ago)Our friends and family were outraged at the poor marketing of our property in that it did not reflect its spaciousness and luxury that it is. After two weeks they insisted on a price reduction and focussed on all the "negatives" that is things we cannot change and are inherent of the property. Your job is to overcome those not use them to beat us down after a single viewing. We now have an agent who is truly passionate about our property and have produced a professional video and images and really are in the 21st century when it comes to marketing and professionalism.

14th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.
