2nd May 2026 (4 days ago)The Knights Property Services team have been amazing start to finish throughout the process of buying our property, and we’d highly recommend them. Joel was great at the start and really helped us kick things off to the point of buying the property. We were then handed over to Andy, who supported us the rest of the way. He was super helpful and always there to answer our questions or chase things up for us. Communication throughout was great and we were kept up to date on progress, and we always felt in safe hands. The only thing we would have improved was the length of the initial viewing, as we only had 15 minutes.

Nicola was incredibly helpful at the start of the process, guiding me through everything clearly and making what can be a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Michele was also excellent throughout, especially as things progressed. She was proactive, responsive, and always willing to help resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Moving can be stressful, but both Nicola and Michele made the whole experience much smoother through their communication, professionalism, and support. I’d definitely recommend Bridges Lettings to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful letting agent.

From Helen to Chloe… your paperless service and them follow up calls.. everything seemed so clear and nothing to beat your brains about. Just moved to my new home and it’s definitely me against the sun this Summer in my little garden!! Thank you!

23rd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)We sold our property with Chancellor's recently and I must say the service from start to finish was exceptional. Rob gave us confidence in the sale from our first meeting for the valuation. He had very clear ideas on how to promote the property and what it was worth. We took a chance with Rob's suggested asking price that was significantly higher than quoted by other agents, and after a very quick launch to market and an open house the following week, we had multiple asking price offers and accepted an offer above the asking price, which was all the evidence we needed that we chose the right agent. Throughout the process, we were kept updated by Naomi and the office team, who did everything to make an ordinarily stressful time almost stress free. The service from everyone was outstanding and I would recommend the team to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Her attention to detail, listening to my specific needs and working hard to find a suitable property. She remained focused and professional throughout but was friendly and positive. She went above and beyond to ensure I got my forever home and I would recommend Romans because of her approach to selling homes. 1st May 2026 (5 days ago)My experience with romans was mixed, there was a few things I weren’t happy about with e.g how I was told I shouldn’t put offers on more than 1 property at the same time etc. I understand from a business perspective romans have to stay impartial and have the best solution for both parties, but I believe that’s part of business. However my experience with Filip Podgorski directly is what led to me to write this review. Filip was very responsive and understanding and catered towards my needs whilst making me feel seen. Nowadays it’s hard to find people in customer service jobs that go the extra mile with empathy and Filip done just that. I hope this review is picked up by the team and he gets the recognition he deserves.

John provided clear guidance at and ensured everything moved smoothly. He went above and beyond to accomodate my requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with John again and l highly recommend him to anyone planning to buy.

It was easy to get a viewing booked and he was always available to reach with great communication throughout. It really made the experience of buying my first property enjoyable and stress free.

We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old!
