From the first minute on a call through to securing a rental, Sean went above and beyond to help navigate through to successfully find a new home. I had been looking for ages and within 24 hours from talking with Sean he had helped me do that. He is an absolute Legend, incredibly knowledgable of the area, clearly cares about his clients and really listens to what you are looking for in a home. It is clear he takes pride in being the best and getting the best results for his clients. The positive and professional experience continued through Sean's team. Claire Ing was nothing but efficient and considerate, communicating through the application process and referencing. Making time to call and reassure me at various stages. Although I couldn’t conclude my home search through him (because I happened to come across a better house listed by another estate agent at about the same time by chance), I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional agent who communicates and follows up well with you before during and after viewing. And one who wouldn’t bother to research and give me a detail technical breakdown of the costs and items of work involved in replacing the carpets by hardwood flooring for the viewed house. Appreciated, and thanks!

Katie has been my main source of contact the whole time and helps me communicate with the landlord and keeps everything organized. Shes so helpful, quick at responding, easy communication, nothing is too much and she makes sure everything gets done for me.
12th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Britney was very helpful and proactive in sending properties through to view, even ones I had not seen/found myself, which resulted in me finding (Britney finding) the perfect place I viewed with Harvey who was also very friendly and helpful. I ended up having an accepted offer less than 24 hours after viewing the property with the additional help of Matt & co. Very efficient team.

They are a 10 out of 10 service and go above and beyond what is asked. They are a reassuring constant that we knew we could rely upon when we needed that support and advice. John, the sales manager has been by our side right from the start. He gave us a competitive and fair valuation and listened to our own requirements. John is professional, friendly, positive, caring, accommodating and took extra steps to make sure everything was streamlined. We cannot thank John enough for his hard work with getting us over the line. Many of Austin Hawk's team were involved at some point bringing skills and expertise which made you realise what a special service you are receiving. In the early stages, Alison prepared a brochure which presented the property in a clear but accurate and eye-catching manner. Luke from sales was also such a supportive figure when we asked many questions or needed some direction. Georgia took excellent photography and precise dimensions. She made sure our home was shone in the best light possible to grab the attention of potential buyers. When we had many viewings, it was organised in an efficient way that made sure it didn't interrupt our daily lives too much. When a buyer was found, it was handy to have Austin Hawk as a co-ordinator between us and the buyer. Austin Hawk helped smooth out any issues that had arisen and provided us with extra information on the lead up to moving day of what was happening. We certainly recommend Austin Hawk to anyone and wish the company the best of luck in the future. We will miss you all.

I had a massive issue on the night of the 27th of March when storm Nelson hit. I tried to secure the sliding door that goes to the balcony and the mechanism system just broke whilst the door was half opened. I had hailstones and water coming inside the flat + the awful winds. I couldn't sleep that night but I contacted Mitch earlier in the morning and explained my urgent situation and how I need it urgent help and he was really amazing. He understood the urgency of the issue and made sure to coordinate a maintenance team to help fixing the sliding door (provisionally) so no more water could come in. Thanks Mitch.

Chantelle in particular kept the process flowing smoothly liaising with the various parties. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

27th Mar 2024 (24 days ago)In the past few months, I tried to buy a property through an agent. I sent many emails but got no replies. When I called, they always said the property was already sold. Even when I saw a listing on Rightmove and called them, they said I couldn't view it and would have to wait over two weeks. This hasn't just been my experience, but also that of my friends. They say the staff are not helpful, especially with arranging viewings. It seems they don't want buyers to see properties, and it takes too long to schedule a viewing. This service is not acceptable, and I can't recommend the company.

19th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)I had so many troubles with Nexa at the beginning of as 1 staff did not set up my account and following the case properly. I did make an internal complaint and after that things get improved. And the senior member took over the case and handled a little better from now on. I did give them 1 star before. Consider things move on and everything goes well as it should be. I am happy to give them 4stars now. Hope they can keep up with the work and can do business in long time with them.

13th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Avoid these people at all cost, our family has been on property for 3 month now. We have 2 small children and nothing gets repaired, the shower doesn't work properly the washing machine is draining into buckets among several other issues that affect our daily life unfortunately we still have 9 more month to go.

23rd Mar 2024 (28 days ago)This review is regarding Property Management services provided by Hayley McPhail- Property Manager at Romans . She has been very proactive in making sure that the maintenance queries are answered in a timely manner and attended to by a professional contractor. Also the 6 month inspection was carried out in a very professional manner with detailed photos ,condition of property was reported in great detail on their online portal that is quite user friendly. So far the experience has been very good with Romans and look forward to continuing this relationship further on. However they are a little expensive but the service is good.
