Following some failed viewings, Joe and his beaten up Skoda appeared from smoke and debris to deliver us an absolute gem!

Great smooth efficient experience. Joe and the team in Alton were so helpful and assisted me in getting into new flat. Highly recommend gascoigne-pees over all the other agents who only seemed to cause problems rather than find solutions. Go with the best forget the rest!!

I am happy to recommend Gascoigne Pees in Alton. Upon instruction a buyer was found very quickly and the sale went through without any problems which is unusual for a leasehold sale.

Horrendous. Currently renting from them and have nothing but problems. Any faults that occur on a Thursday or Friday always have to wait until mid week the following week to remedy (I say this lightly, as most faults won't be fixed).
Georgina is really helpful and tries her best. Deborah is difficult to approach, rarely returns an email or phone call and when she seems it necessary, is ill mannered and condescending.
Avoid if letting, or rent only brand new let's with excellent landlords that you can deal with whilst cutting out the time consuming and incompetent middle man.
If selling, I'm sure they are more than helpful, commission pending.

Anjie- I just wanted to give my special thanks to the lettings team for helping me and my friends find a new house to rent, nothing was ever too much trouble for this company, we were always called about new properties coming on to the market, they took us on viewings quite late in the evening after we finished work and then helped us do all the paperwork, thank you all for an amazing service!

Such a brillaint team of people here! They were so helpful when we needed to rent a property which we had never done before. They explained every step of the way and made the whole experience so easy!
The Branch manager and the rest of team really know everything there is to know about renting, they are all so professional and it was so obvious they would go above and beyond to help!
I would definately use them again!

Peter. The lettings team at Alton are just so nice,the manager has a team of extremley experinced staff and i have to say that it was refreshing to be dealing with such committed people. Nothing was too much and the time and knowledge that all the team have is second to none.They were all professional and made me feel completely aware of what was available and all my questions were answered nad i felt that they had everthing undercontrol.Amazing!!
