Very disappointing experience with Gascoigne-Pees.<br><br>We had a viewing booked for 9:45am. Just three minutes before the appointment, I received a call to “confirm” the viewing, which already seemed rather odd given the timing.<br><br>When we arrived, nobody was there. I emailed and called back, as I was in the middle of a work call and certainly wasn’t expecting a last-minute confirmation call three minutes before an already confirmed appointment. My partner waited outside the property for more than 15 minutes, but no one ever showed up.<br><br>More than 20 minutes after the scheduled viewing time, I finally received a call from Lauren. There was no real explanation or apology for the no-show, just a question asking whether we would like videos of the property instead.<br><br>Extremely poor communication and a complete lack of professionalism. If you arrange a viewing, the very minimum is to either attend it or let the client know in advance if something has changed.

Lauren Morgan was such a great help, extremely patient and resourceful. All the staff were really easy to reach and helpful. I will always use this agency when planning to move due to them wanting to make sure their clients are as happy as possible , thank you again !

I cannot recommend Phoebe Wilkinson highly enough. She has been outstanding throughout my move-out process — consistently friendly, approachable and highly professional. Her communication has been excellent, she has responded promptly to every query, and she has gone out of her way to make the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Phoebe is a real credit to Gascoigne-Pees Farnham, and I am extremely grateful for all her help.

The property was quite different from what we expected from the photos, so there was definitely an “expectation vs reality” moment! Antonio Bonetto, however, made a disappointing situation much easier. His genuine care, kindness and thoughtful communication really stood out. He made us feel heard and well looked after, even though the property wasn’t right for us. Thank you, Antonio, for your professionalism and for making a difficult situation feel so much more positive.

Massive thank you to Sara Godman and Janene Haynes for helping me with the process of purchasing my first property. Sara had a lot of patience and gave a lot of attention to detail when taking me through the viewings. She had a good understanding of exactly what I wanted as a customer and worked alongside me to find a suitable place to live. Sara and Janene were also very helpful throughout the rest of the buying process. Janene worked hard during the sales progression and was very good at keeping me updated and well informed. They were both very helpful, attentive and supportive. Great customer service, I highly recommend.

Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

Overall I had a very good experience with Gascoigne-Pees. During the valuation process Tom & Dylan had by far the most positive approach compared to a number of other local estate agents and this was the main reason I opted to sell my apartment with them. Dylan maintained a good level of communication throughout both the sale and onward purchase and was always there on the other end of the phone when ever I had any questions to ask. Thanks all!
