Recently had the pleasure of working with Gascoigne-Pees to arrange our property tenancy, and I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. From the initial communication advising that the current tenant was vacating the property through to the finalization of the new tenancy agreement, the team (in particular Richard H) was incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, coordinated, and organized.
The entire process, from updates on current/potential viewings, and arrangement of contractors to address repairs in readiness for the new tenant through to the finalization of the lease, the entire process was seamless. It was evident that Gascoigne-Pees/Richard H genuinely cared about both their tenants and property owners, ensuring that everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
Having used Gascoigne-Pees to manage our property for many, many years I would have no hesitation in highly recommending their services.

Our property had been on the market for 6 months prior to us meeting Jack when we went to view a property we liked, that was on with gasgoine Pees. After seeing our property online, he couldn’t understand why we had no offers and offered his services. We had a viewing and an offer in 24 hours and Jack as well as Tildey have negotiated a fair price on the property we wanted to buy. 1st class service, communication was excellent, at all points, and unlike a lot of estate agents his honesty shone through with a real desire to help not just us, but the other parties in the chain to move. No hesitation to recommend Jack and Tildey to anyone who needs to sell/buy a house here in Tadley - five big stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

As it was my first time renting I found it so easy and none stressful going with gascoigne and pees. Jemma sexton was amazing throughout the process and helped me massively as I didn’t really know what I was doing so would definitely recommend them to others.

After having very poor service from another agent, Jack was very efficient and rearranged for new photos etc with G.P’s. Three viewings were then arranged for the same week, with a second viewing shortly afterwards, followed by a very reasonable offer the next day. I cannot recommend him enough!

The team at Gascoigne-Pees in Maidenhead are the best in the business. David and his team made the whole process of buying and selling a home effortless. David is the most professional estate agent I have ever dealt with, his personalised approach to keep me updated made the experience feel seamless and stress free. I have dealt with other local estate agents and had very bad experiences, Gascoigne-Pees in Maidenhead are the only estate agents I would recommend using is you are buying or selling a property.
