My experience with Tildey was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Not only did she confirm an appointment time and send reminders, but then, while we were en route (luckily, we'd left early to avoid traffic), she asked if we could come earlier because she double booked. This immediately indicated a lack of organization. However, the true extent of her incompetence was revealed during the viewing. After a two-hour drive, based on very specific confirmations over the phone and email, I was met with blatant misrepresentation. She lied about the floor level, claimed a view of foliage instead of electricity poles (then told me to 'not look that way'), and the flat had no electricity, forcing us to use phone flashlights in the dark bathrooms. Tildey's disregard for my time and dishonesty are beyond unacceptable. This wasn't just a waste of time; it was a masterclass in unprofessionalism. Avoid this agency and Tildey at all costs. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The best service with an estate agent I have ever encountered from Debbie Godfrey at Gascoigne-Pees. We never felt like we were being sold to and we trusted her entirely throughout the process of our purchase as she gave sound, genuine advice. It turned out to be quite a complicated process and Debbie went above and beyond to support us through the entire process to make sure the purchase progressed through to completion. We can’t thank her enough. Thanks Debbie! I would not hesitate to recommend G-P’s!

Rowan and Katie have shown to me how great estate agents can be. They weren't acting for me as the seller but could not have been more helpful nor professional to me as the buyer. I would highly recommend Gascoigne-Pees Godalming above other EAs on the high street.

The team at Gascoigne-Pees in Maidenhead are the best in the business. David and his team made the whole process of buying and selling a home effortless. David is the most professional estate agent I have ever dealt with, his personalised approach to keep me updated made the experience feel seamless and stress free. I have dealt with other local estate agents and had very bad experiences, Gascoigne-Pees in Maidenhead are the only estate agents I would recommend using is you are buying or selling a property.
