Highly recommend for sales and lettings! I was a customer for more than 13 years as a landlord and also for the sale of two properties. I had excellent relationships with the office and found them to be professional and courteous. The Basingstoke team is very hard working, they persevere through challenges and maintain excellent communication throughout. I can’t fault their value for money or customer service. I’d like to thank them for all their support.

Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

I called into your office yesterday with a few questions about a recently sold retirement property in Bridge Avenue, Maidenhead. I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties.
