We would like to thank Melanie at Camberley Gascoigne & Pees for all of her help. Although we used Purple Bricks to sell our house, we brought our new property through Gascoigne Pees. We had a huge lack communication from Purple Bricks but Melanie at Gascoigne Pees kept us up to date, helped get us to exchange & was the person who actually informed us our buyers chain was longer than we were originally informed of. Purple Bricks could take a leaf out of Melanie's book for customer service, chasing & looking after clients. Many thanks Melanie!

SHOCKING SERVICE from Freya at Camberley branch. I understand that the demand for rentals outweighs the rental availability but that does not warrant poor service and being completely dismissive. Arrived on time, agent nowhere to be found then calls from a no caller identity to say locks changed and cant go ahead with viewing, doesn't bother to engage or even wait to meet me as a client despite me being there already and leaves me in the closed parking lot not even knowing how to exit. Does not phone me back about any progress despite me being so keen on the rental. Then get a voicemail introducing herself and saying there is this rental available, when I call back, puts phone down in my ear. Then day later re-arranges a viewing for Yesterday, Monday 3rd March in the afternoon which I confirmed to attend. However happened to see on the website in the morning that the let had been agreed and I am still waiting for a phone call to say that it was no longer available. Freya was quite happy for me to drive all the way to the viewing yesterday and obviously had no intention of being there as it had already been let. Absolutely shocking experience from this agency for a first time renter and will avoid at all costs if this is how they treat clients.

As it was my first time renting I found it so easy and none stressful going with gascoigne and pees. Jemma sexton was amazing throughout the process and helped me massively as I didn’t really know what I was doing so would definitely recommend them to others.

The team at Gascoigne-Pees in Maidenhead are the best in the business. David and his team made the whole process of buying and selling a home effortless. David is the most professional estate agent I have ever dealt with, his personalised approach to keep me updated made the experience feel seamless and stress free. I have dealt with other local estate agents and had very bad experiences, Gascoigne-Pees in Maidenhead are the only estate agents I would recommend using is you are buying or selling a property.
