I'm so thankful for the team in Tadley who provided an amazing service, they put 100% into helping me and my ex partner sell our house following a separation. During a very stressful time, we were well supported throughout the whole process. They put every effort into helping us sell the house at each step, and everything was explained clearly. We were as involved as possible in the selling process, and I was always able to reach out to them if I had any worries, questions etc. They genuinely care about their clients. 100% recommend and I will go back to them in the future if I ever need. We are sadly having to sell our lovely home but the team have done a fantastic, and very understanding job, in emotional circumstance, getting it sold.
Can’t recommend them enough and Ethan has worked tirelessly to get us across the line. Ethan stayed late after several viewings one evening listening to all our waffle talk and was a fantastic human being. Myself and my wife remain very greatful for them making such a difficult time a lot easier.

Absolutely fantastic! I've really been taken care of with the team in Tadley. Such friendly, informative and helpful people. Sold my house so fast after being on the market previously with another estate agents for 6 months! Tom and Ethan were the main people I dealt with and they really helped every step of the way.

GP and colleagues were amazing from start to finish. Diligent, helpful and organised. Their advice was spot on and their role in the selling process ensured the whole thing went smoothly. Despite an adverse selling market the sale went through in 8 weeks; I credit this due to their professionalism, advise and support. Particular thanks to Tom Knight who was always at the end of the phone and went above and beyond what was expected.
I would use Gasgoine again without question and recommend their services if you are looking to sell or buy.

After a bad experience with another local agent, we viewed a house with Ethan at Gascoigne Pees. The house was perfect for us and Ethan was very helpful and honest. He has continued to keep us up to date and although we are only half way through our purchase, we couldn’t fault anything so far.
Tom the branch manager has also been nothing but helpful and reassuring when needed.

I recently viewed a property with Paul. He was very welcoming, honest and professional. He also shared his local knowledge on the area we were looking at which is nice. Nothing bad I can say even though I am new to the housing world (First time buyer) felt looked after by the team. Had a follow up call with the Branch Manager who was also a breath of fresh air. I'm in sales myself so it's nice to deal with a company who is straight laced and honest with you - it saves everyone alot of time in the long run! Although the property we looked at just wasn't quite right. The branch manager (Tom I believe) said he would love to find us something suitable. So I am positive I will be working with the team moving forwards as and when other options arise! ????

It has been a great pleasure working with Gascoigne-Pees estate agents in Tadley. Tom Knight the manager has been brilliant, really passionate and thoughtful throughout our sale process.
We used another agent last year when we failed to sell and had a terrible experience. At the end of 2023 Tom came to us and presented to us a plan to get our house on the market and sold. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He then followed through with this plan and we have sold our house.
The team there are very hard working and pro-active in what they do. I also mention Ethan there who has also been very helpful to us. I highly recommend them!

Words can’t describe how great Gascoigne-pees tadley have been. They were always professional and so friendly. With me being a first time buyer they helped every step of the way and explained so much when I was confused. Comparing them to the other waste agents in the area they are by far so much better. From the first time contacting them they were quick to respond and also if they didn’t know the answers straight away they would get back in touch in a timely manner. Highly recommend anyone using them!
