I had experiences with two other estate agents before I found Gascoigne-Pees, which were stressful and unhelpful. My experience with Gascoigne-Pees was refreshingly positive and they were very efficient, informative and helpful. Martina and Kim in particular were very helpful for me throughout the whole process and were always willing to support me with any questions that I had, and were very responsive. They were friendly and approachable, supporting me through the whole process. Worse letting agent i dealt with. They took over a building management in Berkshire, increased the rents by 20% without any notice. Poor communication and Customer Service, arrogant and rude Assistant Manager. Don't rent with them!... Read more

Some agents are very nice and have great customer service where as I’ve found others to be condescending and quite rude . They’ve always provided me with an ok ( but never outstanding) service- i never felt I wanted to go out of my way to recommend them to others but that was fine . However I was mostly disappointed in the tone of voice an agent used with me about an enquiry after I ended my last tenancy. They don’t care very much for those who are off their books and getting something repaired or getting information from them during a previous tenancy was a nightmare as it wasn’t their priority . I waited two weeks and chased every other day once for a very simple enquiry. I’ve moved on to using Romans on the same street who were all outstanding and went above and beyond with their customer service and engagement .... Read more
