The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !
28th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)Our buying experience through WPR was easy and largely stress free. Initially, my wife and I dealt with John McConkey, and then Susy Brooks as our purchase progressed. Throughout the whole buying process WPR were very professional while maintaining a friendly, flexible & approachable manner. Their communication is on point - fast and honest, and we were always kept up to date without having to chase for answers. On the few occasions we visited the (Alton) branch in person the atmosphere was relaxed, organised and everyone knew who we were, why we were there and who we were there to see without us having to explain. We would definitely recommend WPR to anyone thinking of buying or selling. They're on it.

Blake was very friendly and professional during the viewings. He made us feel comfortable when showing us multiple properties, telling us useful information about each but also giving us advice and guidance through the process, which helps a lot when you’re a first time buyer.

7th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We are glad that we chose Hamptons Estate Agents in Alton to sell our property, as from the off they showed that they were professional and prepared to be fully engaged in supporting us through the process. From the initial valuation from Adam, the ultimate professional, to the ongoing chasing and updating by Kathleen, we felt that they could not have done better. Kathleen, in particular, showed great tenacity in dealing with a number of issues, often overcoming the weaknesses of other parties in the chain, due in part to her skill at building relationships. She was so pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I am happy to recommend the team at Hamptons.

He has been great at arranging many many viewings and getting people to come and see our house. Finally, one couple, one viewing and that was all we needed. And we are so thrilled to be buying a house through Charters as well. We've had our sights on this particular house for 3 months and finally Josh has made it happen. Josh was a pleasure to work with. Professional, polite and easy to get on with. Thank you so much.

19th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Nice, knowledgeable, proactive people. They found the initial (abortive) buyer within a week, with a similar timescale for the eventual buyer. Winkworth were helpful at every stage of the process and particularly so in the advanced stages when the chain was in danger of collapsing. It became a complicated process due to factors beyond their control and they did their utmost to navigate that. We wouldn't have got our sale over the line without Henry's determination and problem-solving.

He was professional, friendly, dedicated and oversaw our purchase from beginning to end. He was particularly good at enabling contact with others in the chain, which was so helpful. 27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Initially, Belvoir were fine to deal with, and for a long time our tenancy was managed adequately. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once Sheila became involved, and the experience deteriorated rapidly from that point onward. Despite us living in the property for over three years, they forgot that we were moving out, blaming internal handover issues that were entirely Belvoir’s responsibility, not ours. This caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult move. When we tried to resolve this, Sheila was rude, hostile, and unprofessional on the phone. Following our exit, it became clear that Belvoir were missing large amounts of essential tenancy data, including records of maintenance, inspections, and issues we had raised throughout our tenancy. Because these records no longer existed, legitimate issues were then questioned during the deposit process, purely due to their own poor record keeping. This raised serious concerns that our personal data had also been mishandled or lost, likely due to inadequate handovers between the multiple agents we were passed between over the years. As a result, I submitted a Subject Access Request (SAR) to confirm what personal data Belvoir held about us. Alarmingly, they did not understand what a Subject Access Request was or why it was required, which highlights a concerning lack of knowledge around basic data protection obligations. When the SAR was eventually provided, it was incomplete and confirmed that Belvoir have lost significant personal data, including copies of our passport, despite confirming that such documents should be retained for 7 years. We were also informed that all inboxes of previous agents had been deleted, which explains the absence of tenancy records. Since then, my emails have been ignored, and I am still trying to obtain confirmation of when this data was deleted and under what lawful basis, as this does not appear to be GDPR compliant. I strongly recommend that anyone who has rented with Belvoir for a significant period submits a Subject Access Request to ensure they have accurate tenancy records and that their personal data has not been lost or improperly deleted. Belvoir’s service quality has clearly declined, and the handling of our tenancy and personal data has been unacceptable.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

5th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)so glad that I chose Frank & Te Koop to sell my Property. Living & working out of the area it was important to find someone I felt I could trust to handle everything. Frank offered what seemed like sound advice so we took it. We sold quickly for a price several thousand pounds above the recommended price of several other agents. we used Franks recommended conveyancer’s, who were very good, and together they drove the sale forward for us. I would recommend & use again both again. Thank you Te Koop!
