Well, where to start!? I met Dean Henderson almost a year ago. We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC! First impressions? First class gentleman. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite. Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional. It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear. I have bought and sold through Charters in Alton on a few occasions now, they are extremely personable and go the extra mile to provide an exemplary service - they make the effort to understand what I want when I am looking to purchase, and again when selling they have never let me down, they have amazingly sold more than one property for me immediately to the first person who has viewed. (This backs up that they do not waste peoples time, they get to understand what you are looking for and match you to a property - this is only achievable when you are an expert in your job!). Charters Alton are totally friendly, professional and informative with a nothing is too much trouble approach - this has been proven by Sarah, Jane, Toby and not forgetting Lisa who is part of the progression team.
