After that they were so helpful during the vending process, whenever there was a delay or a problem, they were able to communicate across all of the parties and get the problem unblocked. I had a very positive experience using Gasgoigne Pees in Godalming. All the staff members I dealt with, from Simon initially, to Harj and Amelia were all very helpful, efficient and lovely. I am so pleased I chose to use them in the end, instead of doing it myself on OpenRent. It was worth the fee, as they took all the stress out of it for me.

Had a ‘Sold’ sign dumped on my property and called Gascoigne-Pees several times to ask for this to be removed. Each time they promised someone would be along shortly to collect. Been about a month or so and still they haven’t come to collect this.

As a landlord who lives far away from the property, it was essential that I found agents that could deal with any ongoing issues quickly and with excellent communication. Harj is always professional and friendly, as are all the team members at Godalming. I have relied heavily on his advice, which has been excellent, and I feel he really understands both the landlord and tenant perspectives.

Impossible to speak to anyone by phone. Even after emailing and leaving voicemail messages, there is no response. My tenants who are moving out have also not been able to get anywhere with them. We need to finalise various things with Gascoigne Pees and it seems no one is willing to help.

Thank you so much to Will and Max for the smooth professional selling of my late Mum's house and in particular your kindness over a family tragedy during the sale process.
Also for arranging a house clearance and a house clean whilst I was incapacitated having fractured my ankle and unable to get around. Not to mention having to check over the house regularly in respect of the insurance.
Furthermore the quiet and understated way in which they took on these extra responsibilities meant I was able to leave my Mum's house in safe hands.
