Had a ‘Sold’ sign dumped on my property and called Gascoigne-Pees several times to ask for this to be removed. Each time they promised someone would be along shortly to collect. Been about a month or so and still they haven’t come to collect this.

Thank you so much to Will and Max for the smooth professional selling of my late Mum's house and in particular your kindness over a family tragedy during the sale process.
Also for arranging a house clearance and a house clean whilst I was incapacitated having fractured my ankle and unable to get around. Not to mention having to check over the house regularly in respect of the insurance.

Being a serial mover and having experienced many estate agents (around 20) over the years, I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Alfie, Will and the team at the Godalming Branch. I only approached these agents as they sold another house in the same road and previously I didn't think that they were suitable for selling my price bracket property (over 1 million) as I had associated them with lower price brackets. I was wrong!
I received a superb service, very reliable, not too pushy, extremely informative and a very friendly team. They listened to everything I wanted from write ups to photos and how I wanted the open day. Whilst they made helpful suggestions.
Having many offers at the asking price and over, they dealt with the sale very smoothly. There were challenges like the elderly foreign buyers ensuring their funds were in the country and explaining how technology works to them. Alfie worked tirelessly to solve the various issues ensuring that both I and our buyers are very happy with the service that we both received.
I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND this estate agents and will be using them again in the future.

Been living in this studio flat on Wey hill just over a year but ever since the second month the walls started going mouldy. It has been reported many times to Gascoigne-pees who have said they are sending out a contractor to get a quotation but no one has arrived i have even stayed in many times when someone was supposed to arrive to have a look but no one did. The landlord has even been out and said they would sort it but it has been over four months since the landlord came out to have a look and still nothing has been done

First from Jack Marvin, who explained every detail and steered me through the each initial step with his always reassuring advice. Then Daisy Yerrell, who despite having not one but two branches under her care, went out of her way to make sure I was fully informed, talking me through the final process of getting my tenant in even when she was meant to be still on holiday. Everyone else I have spoken to either in the branch or on the phone has also been super-helpful, and I certainly feel confident that my flat is in good hands.

Fantastic customer service, friendly and attentive! As soon as I registered an interest in my current flat, they instantly responded, giving extremely helpful advice and information, sending a well recorded virtual tour and arranging a viewing for the following day. They were even flexible with this slot, and allowed me to change it. After deciding that this property was the one for me, they processed my paperwork immediately, despite it being the Christmas holidays. Since then, they have further demonstrated their professionalism, in going above and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible, even when broadband issues presented themselves, and attending to repair requests in the same quick and helpful manner. 10/10 would recommend, and I will continue to use this letting agency in the future.

All in all, i am very happy with how GP have handled my property so far. Unfortunately however, due to a member of staff leaving there was a few small hiccups in terms of communication, but once we were back on course it was smooth sailing.
I am working overseas and the time difference was a little frustrating at times, but the remaining staff in the office were polite and cheerful and helped me every step of the way. well done guys, thank you very much!

I found the agents and everyone that worked there very helpful and polite. On the odd occasion I sent an email which was not answered promptly and some papers were mislaid. Overall the service was first class. I found linking the branch to to the solicitors saved a lot of time.
