Absolutely amazing customer service. Phil in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when purchasing my first home. I could ring the office at any time and knew the team at country properties would do everything they could to assist. The team listened to me and took the time to help with issues I was having with my solicitors and allowed me to view the property as many times as I wanted. This is the second time Phil from Country Properties has been involved in the conveyancing of my property. Last time he acted for the vendor and this time for me as the selling agent.
On both occasions, Phil has been the estate agent in the chain working tirelessly to keep the chain together and bring us to completion through difficult circumstances when solicitors have been slow to react and communication has been trying.
Phil keeps in close contact so that you know what's happening up and down the chain. He also offers words of kindness and support when the going gets tough. House selling/buying can be such an emotional time.
I can thoroughly recommend Phil and the team at Country Properties to use as an agent to sell your property and if you have a choice of agents when you're buying - definitely use them.

What can we say that other people haven't. We had seen a property we liked on with three different agents. We picked Country Properties for no particular reason, and we are so glad we did. We lost our first buyer and so the house we wanted went back on the market, Phil went above and beyond to help us, (we are moving in from outside the area) we managed to secure another buyer quickly and Phil has been there every step of the way during the somewhat awkward process of dealing with third parties.
We cannot thank Phil and his team enough and will not hesitate to recommend Country Properties Flitwick.

I’ve never been a fan of estate agents. In the past when I’ve used them they seem to provide a fairly cold service where you can’t help but think the only winner is them. When selling our rental property recently we initially tried Purple Bricks but they provided a terrible service, missing potential appointments and little communication. We then turned to Country Properties, Flitwick, and I must say, they have impressed me no end. They seem an established, friendly team with good local knowledge so were able to advise, guide and sometime prod us through to a successful completion, with a sale price that exceeded our expectations, rare in this current climate. Huge thanks to Duane and his team!
