We couldn’t recommend Country Properties enough. They have truly been amazing.
We were with another estate agent for a few months with no sale and then moved to Country Properties. Within weeks, our house was sold!
They kept us up to date with everything and always picked up the phone when we had questions.
As we moved back to Leicester before the sale completed, they made sure the house was okay by doing regular check ups (especially with the recent rainfall in Flitwick!) and making sure the house was fine for everyone’s pieces of mind.
They truly went above and beyond and we couldn’t thank them enough.
The whole team were an absolute joy!

I HIGHLY recommend Country Properties Flitwick. Trying to sell the house for over a year with different estate agency we decided to move to Country properties and it was the best decision! Thanks to their profesional pictures and advert we got instant interest and sold the house very quickly. Phil was our estate agent and I can’t recommend him enough. He is so friendly, informative, engaged and super professional. Never received better service before!! Thank you so much ??????????????????

I would 100% recommend Country Properties. They have been brilliant from start to finish with the sale of our house. Every person we have spoken to has been professional, friendly, efficient and kept us up to date clearly at all times regarding where we were up to. A really brilliant estate agency and I would recommend to anyone. Sasha in particular has regularly gone above and beyond what she had to do and has been brilliant.

Took my time to write a covering letter and application for a property, but turned out the property was already let and they had not bothered to remove it off the website. They did not even have the courtesy to reply to my application and let me know the property was already let and still to this day I have had no reply. The only reason I found out is because I called up anonymously asking about the property and was told it's already gone. After that call it was still up for a few days so I made another enquiry (not as myself) and that is when they finally bothered to take the property down. Find this really unprofessional and unkind to just ignore people and not even say thank you for your enquiry but unfortunately the property has already been let, apologies that the website was not up to date, etc. I took hours writing my covering letter and application and all that time had false hope that I potentially found the new home of my dreams only to find out they were just not proactive enough to take it off their own website or Rightmove and Zoopla. Really upsetting and not impressive at all. I am not sure the role of estate agents, but I always thought they were here to help you find a home, so I am just surprised they didn't email back any suggestions of other properties they have or put people on a shortlist of people that are searching for homes. I guess we are all just numbers these days because they probably have a million and one enquiries and no properties. Oh well.

All staff at the Baldock office were very helpful in particular both Michelle
and Emma.
In the last few days trying to get the property over the line Emma diligently worked keeping and working with me she truly is an asset to any company.
