Orchards were the only agent in the area who managed to sell my home 3 times. Sadly I was unlucky twice with the buyers but each time they supported me in a very professional and empathetic manner and always found me a buyer very quickly. Adam and Abi have been incredible always offering sound advice and ensuring our sale went through in a very short period. They are thorough, communicate well and are on the ball. I would recommend Orchards to anyone and the team there is the best in the area without a doubt!

Recently deleted a review of my experience with orchards in regards to a dispute and to which I was threatened with solicitors if I didn’t take my review down, just read through the other reviews to see other people had the same experience with threats of solicitors ect. Will not be recommending not now not ever. Have a fantastic day to the director after threatening me with solicitors. ??

As the buyer of a property recently I found both Abi and Sam very helpful. Sam progressed the sale well and was upfront with issues which made them easier to deal with. Was a relatively complicated chain but he dealt with the challenges very professionally.

Abi came across and was a lovely sales person to deal with, she was always there to help throughout, which we really appreciated. Sam was also great, he did his utmost to help us through a very long purchase chain, kept us up to date consistently and again was easy to deal with during the whole process.

Poor service. Not sure what was going on with the property they advertised in Lower Stondon, had us out for a viewing, took our application then did not contact us for 3 days, would not return a call or anything. I kept asking for an update and kept being told 'Eleanor will call you back' and that never happened. 3 days after the viewing and application, I finally manage to speak to someone on the phone and I get told the 'landlady is keeping her options open'. What does that even mean (I asked) and I hear back 'She hasn't said yes but hasn't said no. Wants to keep her options open for now'.
This after being told the landlady was looking for a local family, who lived in the area and would be suitable for the property.
Well, we lived on the same road, family of 4 and passed the affordability checks without issue.
Difficult to feel like this isn't a form of discrimination. Horrific service.

I've had a threatening experience with Orchards Estates following them chasing for a completed property payment which hasn't been received from the client. Relentlessly chased and threatened with small claims court.
Certainly not a company I will be looking to deal with in the future following the threats and bullying behaviors from their director.
