Poor service. Not sure what was going on with the property they advertised in Lower Stondon, had us out for a viewing, took our application then did not contact us for 3 days, would not return a call or anything. I kept asking for an update and kept being told 'Eleanor will call you back' and that never happened. 3 days after the viewing and application, I finally manage to speak to someone on the phone and I get told the 'landlady is keeping her options open'. What does that even mean (I asked) and I hear back 'She hasn't said yes but hasn't said no. Wants to keep her options open for now'. This after being told the landlady was looking for a local family, who lived in the area and would be suitable for the property. Well, we lived on the same road, family of 4 and passed the affordability checks without issue. Difficult to feel like this isn't a form of discrimination. Horrific service.... Read more

I've had a threatening experience with Orchards Estates following them chasing for a completed property payment which hasn't been received from the client. Relentlessly chased and threatened with small claims court. Certainly not a company I will be looking to deal with in the future following the threats and bullying behaviors from their director....
