Excellent service from all the staff at the Shefford branch. Good marketing advice initially and the team got plenty of viewings for us. Kept update at all times and after our first sale collapsed after 6 months, not due to Country Properties, they quickly re marketed our house and we had 3 offers in only 2 days leading to a very completion in less than 8 weeks. Excellent liaison with the recommended solicitors. Big thanks especially to Lucy who handled our transaction.

The team at Country Properties were brilliant. From listing our home through to viewings and then progressing the sale once our chain was complete. Communication was excellent throughout and Steph was key in bringing together all agents and solicitors to keep it all moving. There were times when the process was extremely frustrating but Steph and the team chased everything up, ironed out any issues and gave great advice throughout. We were extremely grateful to have an estate agent we could rely on. We would definitely recommend.
