PLEASE TAKE SOMEONE ELSE TO SELL YOUR HOUSE WITH! I put an offer over a phone and chase them couple of times for an answer but they did not respond. Finally they told I should do it in writing and property is sold now. ALSO THEY SAID TO STOP BOTHER THEM AND THEY HANG UP A PHONE! This is a service you expect from someone who is selling your house? Think twice before you sell your house with them. This is kind of agency who gonna push you to accept first offer and ignore anything else because even 10k more is not gonna make big difference for them. I'm just wondering if the seller is aware as he/she probably lost higher offer. Terrible service and very rude staff. Would not use again!!! Also they admitted that property I was interested has been sold but they did not removed it from a market and 3 weeks later is still appears as for sale on Zoopla and Rightmove confusing potential buyers. Also they did not respond for my query at all. There are a lot of better agency in Dunstable to sell a house with.

Excellent service received from Warren and the team from start to finish in moving my Mum up to Scotland during the Pandemic. Very responsive to calls and queries and provided regular updates in the sale of Mum;s house. Would highly recommend.

Bradshaws know their market ! Which is why they are a cut above other agents locally who pitch lots of promises and fail to follow through. We have experienced nothing but professionalism and quality service for the sale and purchase of two properties. Warren, Julie & Helena are helpful and friendly, providing best advice and information whether buying or selling. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Bradshaws took over the rental management of my house a couple of years and then recently sold the house with no hiccups in the last month. I was very happy with both services: friendly staff, professional attitude, easy to contact, quick reaction time. I could happily trust them with the property and issue were dealt with quickly. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for property management or an agent to efficiently sell their house. 5 stars!

The worst agency ever! Agent lied to me 2 weeks before we moved out and they took my whole deposit. Shame on you!!!! I hope karma will get you all!!!
