Because our house was included in part exchange, we had 5 different estate agents selling the property over a 6 month period. The one who stood out, and who eventually got us the sale was Urban & Rural. They used a professional photographer to really show off the house at its best, they were great at accommodating our request for 24 hours notice on viewings, all viewings were accompanied and feedback was excellent. Unsurprisingly, Urban & Rural got the sale. Duncan our main contact was a pleasure to deal with and was helpful in too many ways to mention.
