The most disappointing experience I've had with a letting agency. They have dreadful communication and don't return calls or emails, and when they do finally respond to complaints it's with a promise of it will be fixed later. Later never comes. Improvements they have made around the property have been shoddy when they are done. They have failed to seal up rodent entry points within the property despite the urgency of the request, and the house itself despite having great potential, is shoddy and grimy. It felt like it hadn't been fully cleaned when I moved in and is grim in so many ways. Steer clear of Abbotts Langley and Property Link; save your time and sanity and get a house with another agent.... Read more
