I can't thank them enough for advising and getting lots of viewings on the property. I would also like to say thank you for making the whole process less stressful through a really tough time. Recently rented a flat thru Pearsons. Gone thru a lot of letting agency. I've been rejected couple of times but the guys at Pearson's helped me find a suitable property to rent. Im really happy, especially my Wife and Son who Recently joined me here in UK, with the flat they offered. Nice and Quiet area. Ms. Alison and Mr. Sid has been a very helpful and good agent explaining the in's and outs of renting. For you guy's out there looking for a place, drop by their place and they'd be really helpful!

I was not even Pearsons client, I was just the buyer of a property Pearsons was marketing. However, the service I received from them, and Gina Matthews in particular, was absolutely outstanding. Throughout the whole sale and purchase process, I received regular progress updates from Gina whilst there was a complete absence of anything from the agent I was paying! I would strongly recommend that you look no further - Gina and the Pearsons team are outstanding and if I ever have to go through the process again I will definitely work with no-one else!

Pearsons, London Road, Southampton managed the sale of my family house of 18 years. I have to say the process was seamless from the outset. They were professional and helpful throughout, making the wrench of the move less emotionally stressful. Gina Matthew’s at all times went above and beyond and negotiated between myself and the purchasers throughout. Thank you Gina! Following the sale of my property I have now also rented a property from their Lettings department who were equally professional. I would not hesitate in using Pearsons again and hope that I end up purchasing again through them.

I was in a hunt for a flat for quite some time back in September 2023 and I met Alison at the office. Got recommended several flat and I settled for one in the end.
