I recently had the pleasure of selling my home through Ward Estates an independent estate agent in Hertford. They were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that I took up his recommendation. First and foremost they are just lovely people and cannot do enough for you. They are so helpful and professional. I dealt with Nicola and what a breath of fresh air she was. She kept the chain moving, kept me up to date on what was happening and ironed out the problems which inevitably arise during houses moves, straight away without fuss. The biggest accolade I can pay her and Ward Estates generally was when you buyers told me what a lovely helpful girl she was and they wished they had gone with her. From start to finish a thoroughly professional and dress free experience.

Ward Estates were recommended to me by a good friend, when I was about to sell my flat, as she had used them and found them to be exceptionally efficient. I am SO pleased that I went with my friend's recommendation. Ward Estates are not like any other Estate Agency that I've used before. Nicola - and the whole team - were friendly, helpful and efficient, and communicated with me every step of the way - even those weeks when there was not much to communicate. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt they cared about finding the right buyer for my flat and helped the sale to go through smoothly.

Bring first time buyers it can be confusing at times but they really made us feel comfortable and like no question was a silly one. Hopefully we get to deal with them again at some point.

The team at SageWard and Ward Estates are fantastic. We have just finished renting a property through SageWard and have always found the team to be friendly and very responsive to fix any issues. We also received our deposit back extremely quickly.
The flat we were renting was sold through Ward Estates and the team kept us up to date throughout the whole process. The team were again professional and friendly and I would certainly recommend using Ward Estates if selling a property!
