Very poor service and communication! First rang the company to organise a viewing for two flats for sale on 23rd Feb was told the sales team member would call back. The following week I rang back as I had not heard anything, was told they were trying to reach the tenants to organise a viewing this was about a month ago. Still now I haven't heard anything back. Terrible shame

What can I say what a great team Rebecca has at Accorn lettings there all amazing nothing to much for them,we rented a bungalow for my father and they went out of there way to make sure everything was in place for my fathers release from hospital to the bungalow.
The service was above and beyond
I would highly recommend using Accorn Lettings for your rental needs

I really enjoyed the services of Acorn Lettings. I will call the team ‘The Fantastic Four’ (Rebecca, Dawn, Rachael and Gemma). Their customer service is top notch and the response time to emails is unbelievable. To cap my rental service experience, the team gave me a wonderful and well packaged gift for my patronage.

Acorn Antiques and Mrs Overall, the Victoria Wood Comedy sketch isnt what most people would model their company on. A good and professional company would have records of requests for repairs and actually do them. Acorn use the Deny deny deny method of repair and lie through their teeth and claim no request for repair has happened.
At best Acorn choose the cheapest and easiest repair and ignore the expense, difficult or potential dangerous repairs.
Private sector housing are now involved.
Most ppl would know how to run a business BEFORE they open it, not get a franchise, start running it and not bothering to learn the laws, rules and regulations that govern the business you have chosen.
So bad that they are incapable of informing people.that an appointment has changed. Pathetic

Fantastic company. Friendly approachable staff. Have rented from them for 4 years and only moving as buying. Rebecca and her team are so professional yet so welcoming. Nothing is too much for them. Always there at the end of the phone 24/7 dealing with any emergency quickly and efficiently. Would certainly recommend them

Acorn letting agents, led by Rebecca, are awesome team. They manage 6 properties for me in Stockton and they are always on top of things. Any repair work is done quickly, efficiently and at reasonable cost. They are available on the other side of a phone call whenever needed

I have just used Acorn lettings as we had to relocate quickly due to my husbands job. Acorn was very helpful, professional, efficient and friendly. I mainly dealt with Andrea who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me be able to move into our new property on time. Andrea understood exactly the type of property that we were looking for and contacted me as soon as she had the perfect listing, which u can happily call home now. I can not speak highly enough of Acorn and in particular Andrea.

Rebecca is an absolute angel and a huge asset to Acorn lettings. This is the best letting agents we’ve been with by a landslide and we’ve been with a lot (property changed hands about four times) I really hope we continue to stay with Acorn as it’s been such a fantastic service. I would recommend them to anyone.
I’ve only really interacted with Rebecca on the team but she is a wonderfully compassionate, intuitive and friendly person who has helped us so much with maintenance issues in a speedy and professional manner.

We arrived for a scheduled viewing. They did not. My partner called them, they claimed to have no record of the viewing and offered to (re)book the viewing 5 days later.
We both work and took time to make the original appointment.
