Jordan at Key Estate Agents handled my purchase and she was absolutely amazing, especially as I was a first time buyer. She had so much patience and chased when I needed her to without complaint or delay. Without Jordan's effort I would not have completed before Christmas, she knew this was important to me and did everything in her power to make this happen. Key Estates, in particular Veronica, went above and beyond for us in our recent sale and purchase. We did not have a straightforward experience, but Veronica kept in regular contact and really went the extra mile to liaise with our everyone involved with the sale and purchase. We would definitely use Key Estates in the future.

Dont update the system, dont realy care about new customers. Booked viewing cancel on the day after a week wait. Never will use them!!!! Waste of time

From the first phone call you can tell they care about you and your family you even get a birthday card,
Paul our financial advisor has been fantastic over the years we would not use anybody else he is honest and open which sometimes can be hard to hear if it's not what you want to,
But he is always in your corner and will find the best and most affordable way for you. To achieve your goals.
From Veronica to jess in the office everyone has been fantastic for me and my family

My first impression, after meeting with several agents, was that I would go with Key. Unfortunately I allowed my self to be talked into going with another agent, and after over 8 weeks with no sales I asked Key if I could list with them as well. In a matter of days they had my first sale, and have since sold the other 2 houses as well. Everyone I speak to is friendly and helpful, and each one seems to know about my houses no matter who picks up the phone. Communication is excellent, with proper notification of viewings etc, and a regular update of the sale progression, Their professionalism continues through every part of the sale. I just can't fault them.
