I'd stay away from this agent and the estate agency he represents by all means. Our offer got accepted and we started the conveyancing process when all of a sudden the agent disappeared off the face of the earth. We found out days later that the seller pulled out and this was only communicated by their solicitor to ours. No word from Alex until today and if he responds to this review, it will literally be the first time we hear back from him since May. We left multiple emails that were not answered and called many times but the calls were ignored and all we wanted to know is what was going on. Alex knew we were committed and paid money to the solicitor, etc and it wasn't his fault that the sellers pulled out. However, he could have at least picked up the phone or dropped an email to let us know. Terrible communication and complete lack of professionalism and I'd be very careful before selling or buying property with Alex.
