Unprofessional, dishonest, complete luck of understanding of personal circumstances. Ryan was showing me the property and he was very nice and professional, however foe a week I was told that I would get the answer to my offer today. I was lucky enough to find actually a better property with an estate agency who is in completely different league (premier) and Proctor (in Chatterton Village) doesn't belong to any.... Read more

I have just exchanged on a property I bought througn Proctors in Bromley Common. Ryan, Joe and Alison were fantastic from start to finish. Ryan always came back to me same day on emails and calls, was proactive, extremely knowledgable and kept the speed of the transaction up throughout. Joe was always on hand to chase things and take calls in addition to Ryan, Alison conducted several viewings for me and was very professional and polite. I will be very happy to insturct them to sell my property if I move in the future.... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
