Rob Dobson recently took over town and country lettings retford. Recently found out after 5 years that they never put my £400 bond into a secure deposit scheme and the cirtificate i had been given was fake. They say they used the £400 bond for rent. But this is a lie and not aloud to be done anyway. As soon as Rob Dobson found out i was going to court about my bond going missing and never been protected he isued a section 21 eviction notice. Even tho they are not aloud to isue one when a tenents deposit wasn't secured. He follows no rules and does as he likes regardless of the law. Be very warey of dealing with Rob Dobson, Liz Callan, Richard Windley.
