Recently had our mortgage renewed with the help of Tom. He was so helpful went through everything with us and made sure we understood everything, as it can be overwhelming with some wording that the banks use.
Tom was very friendly, approachable, and was very quick with replies and any questions we had through emails and phone calls.
Would 100% recommend, thank you so much.

I can thoroughly recommend the Retford branch of William H Brown. I found all the staff friendly, well-informed and helpful, and cannot praise Liz, my main contact, highly enough. Mine was a complex sale through no fault of the agency, but through each stage of the process I knew I could rely on Liz for help, support and practical advice. She really went above and beyond to secure a positive outcome and I truly felt that she was on my side throughout the whole rollercoaster ride. We have used Tom at William H Brown for a few years now and he’s been absolutely brilliant each and every time! No job is too big for him, his attention to detail is impeccable and he can’t do enough to help. Always kept us updated with everything so we never missed anything. We completed on our first home last week, Liz from the retford branch was amazing in providing us with updates and information. We were first time buyers so the process was so overwhelming, however the process was made so very easy with Liz and the staff at Williams H brown. We also used Tom Hill as our mortgage advisor. Tom really went above and beyond to help us with the process and to help us understand everything. 5 star service, wouldn’t go with anyone else.

I have lowered my property price on two occasions with them. I've the first time to get more FTB attention, then invited WHBrown in to get advise about how to sell and the only thing they wanted was to get me to sign off another price reduction. I emailed them for a review and they have given me no feedback.

I’ve recently just completed on a purchase with William H Brown in Retford and i absolutely will be using them again. My mortgage advisor was Tom Hill who really went above and beyond to explain everything to me, nothing ever felt like a silly question! My selling agent was Sarah Kettlewell and she was fab at providing an update whenever requested! All staff were kind and helpful when I would ring up and nothing ever felt too much trouble. After a not so pleasant experience with a different local Estate agent to sell my previous property I was so relieved my purchase was with William H Brown! Thank you again ??
