I will be recommending Maisie and Mollie to everyone I possibly can. After a very difficult process of moving where we had had some bad experiences with other landlords and agents/agencies, Maisie and Mollie gave us faith in humanity again ?????? They both went above and beyond to do *literally* everything they possibly could to get us into our new place and all set up, and showed us such kindness and compassion throughout (despite all my very annoying questions and anxieties, all of which they answered and addressed with understanding and empathy!!!)<br>The both of them made what had been one of the most stressful and difficult periods of our lives into one with hope at the end of the tunnel, and we are so grateful to have made it to the other end of that tunnel because of them! Thank you!!!

I put my house on the market after a family bereavement. The Allen & Harris team were so helpful firstly in actually getting my house on the market letting the photographer and the surveyor in to the house when I couldn’t be in Glasgow.<br>Kirsty then handled my viewings and negotiation as well as answering all my questions and being very supportive during the whole process while I navigated a difficult time outside of my house sale.

Can’t rate Allen and Harris, and Kirsty Mcculloch whom we dealt with, highly enough. If you’re looking for someone to devote all their considerable talent and energy into selling your property, and answering each one of your questions, I cannot recommend Kirsty more. She’s professional, available, and quick to offer support and ideas on each aspect of the enterprise. She’s an asset to Allen and Harris. I’ll be heartily and without hesitation, recommending her to friends and family who need help making a stressful journey, much more durable.

I have met quite a few estate agents and agencies over the years, and hands down, India Adams is the best agent I have ever come across.
She has been extremely helpful, attentive, and proactive throughout the process. It doesn't happen often that, after a viewing, you actually receive answers to the questions you ask. India not only got back to me promptly with all the information I needed, but also went out of her way to make the search for the right property easier whilst brilliantly keeping me updated on the progress.
With her outstanding attitude, professionalism, and a word that can be trusted, I see a very bright future ahead of her.
What a wonderful experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend both India and Allen & Harris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Absolutely Fantastic. From the start when I was hunting for properties, all the way to sealing the deal with the Solicitors - Joe at Allen and Harris Shawlands was brilliant. Personable, Knowledgeable and invested in getting me the property I wanted. The facts.
-It’s a week since I asked for a home report and a viewing - I’ve had a neither.
-I’ve called back - told ‘the valuer would call me to arrange’ - that’s not happened.
-I was called IMMEDIATELY after I sent the enquiry - asked if I want to use their mortgage advisor and or to sell with them - I didn’t answer don’t. Yet I was phoned back so they can arrange to value my property…. I expressed annoyance at the error and lack of viewing arrangement. Since heard nothing.
-FYI it’s the cottage in Rosneath that’s on sale- if no one’s coming to view it - this is why.
Total farce. How can an estate agent be so disorganized at such basic stuff?
