We joined as members of Sequence mortgage advisers when we bought a house from Allen and Harris (Swindon branch) in 2020. Since then we’ve remortgaged and moved house with the assistance and guidance from Sean Davis. Joining was the best decision made because Sean was always available for advice and help whenever we needed. He kept on top of the mortgage side of things for us and made both processes very easy and as stress free as possible. It really has been an invaluable service. I couldn’t recommend Sean/Sequence enough.

We've been really happy so far! George (and David) have been in touch enough but not too much (no pestering), both down to earth and friendly and we haven't felt pressured at all.
We had to impose a bit of a pause while we sort out the buying part as it took longer than expected to find a new property, but George and David have been fine with waiting and gave us the space needed. There has been no pressure from them at all. As soon as we were ready to go again everything has happened nice and speedy and smoothly. Very impressed, thanks folks :) Oh and Jamie in the mortgage bit is great too and came highly recommended! Overall, very happy so far!

Had 3 offers within the 2 weeks.
Proper checks not done . Lost one offer , the offer I did except buyer didn’t even have a mortgage in principal! I was told the dad was buying the flat for his daughter. Half the money other half on mortgage! None of this was true

Requested a home report in June 2023, none given. Asked my solicitor to request it, no response. Asked in February 2024 for another report and June 2023 report, no response. Spoke to one of the agents on the telephone once. He kept referring to me as sir despite me telling him numerous times I'm a Miss. Unprofessional and I feel sympathy for their clients who are using them to sell their property. They unfortunately aren't aware that they simply don't respond to requests for home reports so they're sat on the market for prolonged periods. Avoid.

We’ve just completed on the sale of our flat on the London Road in Bath. The whole team at the Larkhall branch (in particular Matt, Louise and Luke who we dealt with) all did a great job. They quickly found us a buyer and achieved the sale at full asking price in a short timescale. Comms throughout the process were always transparent, proactive and timely. Happy to recommend.
