I would like to say a big thank you to Jordan Cassell for all his support throughout my house purchase.
Despite a very stressful and uncertain situation due to delays on the seller’s side, Jordan has been brilliant from start to finish. As my mortgage adviser, he went above and beyond his role to help coordinate communication across different parties. Due to some communication challenges with another branch, he kindly stepped in and helped keep everything on track, which I really appreciated. He also worked closely with my lender to ensure everything was aligned, which gave me a lot of reassurance.
He has been assisting communication between myself, my solicitor, and the seller’s side, always responding promptly and clearly. I really value that he never over-promised, but gave honest and realistic updates, which made a big difference during such an anxious time.
While waiting for contract exchange and managing my moving arrangements, Jordan was patient, reassuring, and professional throughout. His calm approach helped me stay grounded.
No matter the final outcome, I truly appreciate all his effort. He is reliable, proactive, and genuinely cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him.

A great experience with Allen and Harris! We just bought a house through them. Connor and Nick were really helpful, easy to talk to, really friendly and proactive. It was easy to get hold of them, to ask questions and arrange viewings, and they kept us up to date. Would definitely recommend.

My partner and I had Joe Gibson as our mortgage advisor: throughout the process, Joe explained everything we needed to know, was supportive and was extremely quick to respond to our enquiries. The facts.
-It’s a week since I asked for a home report and a viewing - I’ve had a neither.
-I’ve called back - told ‘the valuer would call me to arrange’ - that’s not happened.
-I was called IMMEDIATELY after I sent the enquiry - asked if I want to use their mortgage advisor and or to sell with them - I didn’t answer don’t. Yet I was phoned back so they can arrange to value my property…. I expressed annoyance at the error and lack of viewing arrangement. Since heard nothing.
-FYI it’s the cottage in Rosneath that’s on sale- if no one’s coming to view it - this is why.
Total farce. How can an estate agent be so disorganized at such basic stuff?
