When we came to market our home we looked at a few popular local agencies. Countrywide and Pacitti Jones didn't even respond to our initial inquiry therefore we weren't impressed by them based on that poor start! However the opposite happened with Allen and Harris. Joe called me next day and arranged a visit. Very impressed by his professionalism and no nonsense attitude. All staff were excellent. Great communication and responsiveness to phone calls/emails. Nothing was a hassle. Very friendly and always polite and courteous. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
