Appalling experience with Andrew Pearce.The worst I have had with any estate agent. Shocking / apalling behaviour and attitude from manager Sam Quinn. Would never use or recommend services of this company.As a potential client (who wanted services of letting agent to rent a property) I had called 4 times on 4 different days to speak to their lettings team leaving messages for my call to be returned, each time told there was no one available and someone would call back. My call was not returned and then after my 4th call I had a call from manager Sam talking to me in a hostile aggressive tone,having a go at me, not letting me have a word, stating a staff had called after the 3rd call when this was not true and when i attempted to speak he hung up on me. I have sent an email to Sam and his partner Joe 2 days ago about this bahaviour towards me with no response. Where an apology and humble approach would have been more appropriate and perhaps finding out why there was no one of their lettings team in office on all 4 days and why call was not returned and after the first or 2nd call, Sam a senior partner in the business chose such an approach & response of having a go at a potential client. This tells a client all one needs to know about this company!!!... Read more

I rent with this agency for about 3 years. After agreeing with the landlord all details for moving out, the landlord called the agency to let them know they should release the deposit then they wanted to me call them (not sure why) which I did! This Sam guy answered and he was extremely rude! He never allowed me to talk, ask a questions or anything! So they do take your money but when it comes to release it they will behave like trolls! Paul Smith and his team at Andrew Pearce were fantastic to deal with during the sale of my mother’s house. We were kept informed at each stage of the process in a timely and helpful manner. Viewings were not an issue and were handled with the minimum of fuss and interference. We also had the added challenge of a buyer pulling out at the last minute. Absolutely garbage. I was dealing with Matthew Eastment, abhorrent service from this young lad. The thinks he can speak however he wants with a client and get away with it. His manager is also in on this with him. There are no repercussions for his absolutely pathetic behavior. It is a shame but be assured I will not be using them ever again even if I was on the verge of being homeless or they found me the house of my dreams.... Read more
