I have had a very negative experience with this tenancy and as a result will not be renewing my tenancy. I initially complained and received an acknowledgment of my concerns but the service never really improved. For example the external security light for the rear of the property has never worked and I’ve reported it 5-6 times over 11 months. It’s dark coming from the car park to the back door and I’ve tripped a few times over an exposed manhole cover in the dark.... Read more
