James Dean are single handedly making up for all other estate agents! Rob originally handled a probate valuation for me a few years ago and because of how friendly and genuine he was, I decided to use James Dean when I eventually decided to sell. Working with Rob at first and then John was so easy. As a first time seller, they were helpful with the process, honest with me about expectations for my property and advised how I could help the sale. I was always the one to make any decisions and I never felt pushed. I hope all future dealings with Estate Agents are as good as my experience with John. Thanks John!

I would like to say what a fantastic experience I had with JamesDean and Brad in particular. He was and continues to be super helpful and friendly.
When I viewed he had all the information I required and facilitated multiple visits to ensure everything was ok. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I found him to be very personable.
As I’m in a fully managed property I still deal with Brad whenever needed and it’s always a pleasure to talk to him! Thank you so much!

John and Robert from JamesDean have been friendly, supportive and helpful throughout the process from initial valuation conversations, through to the marketing and selling of my brother’s property. As I wasn’t local to the area it was helpful to be notified of every viewing and any feedback. I would recommend them.

Where do i start?! A BIG thanks to John, Brad, Elle, Andrew and Jennifer. We have had the pleasure of dealing with both the Reigate and the Horley branch. We had 6 failed sales before deciding to give James Dean in Reigate a chance! It took them 3 months to get us over the line unfortunately the property we were buying fell through. No need to panic Brad in the Horley branch quickly recommended me some propertys they had available for a short term let and 2 weeks later we were in. After having built a close relationship with all of the team on many house viewings they knew what we were after. John called to let us know of a property before it went to market. It was a pleasure to work with John as he endevaoured and worked his hardest with solicitors to get us through door in 8 weeks! John is a true gentleman and i could not recommend him anymore. I just wish we went with them from day one!
