Nancy from Andrews was handling our case when we decided to purchase our first house in the UK. It was a big step and everything was new for us since we had recently moved to the country. She was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. We had a couple of issues getting timely response from our solicitor but she always intervened and expedited things for us. I have been a client of Andrews Estate agents for the past 6 years. In all my 6 years as a Tenant in one of their properties I never had an issue with how they handled situations that arose while I was a Tenant.
Any time I had an issue be it Boiler issues or washing machine it was either repaired or replaced ASAP. There wasn't any going back and forth to resolve things.
I highly recommend Andrews as a professional standard property agents and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I would like to acknowledge Ed and most importantly Janine, she was always at the other end of the phone or email and managed me and the property seamlessly.

We had a wonderful experience, with Isa, Ed and the Andrews Reigate Team as they proactively reached out to us with a wonderful house for rent. We had very specific criteria (pet-friendly, 2 bathrooms, etc.) and the team was able to translate our needs and help find the perfect home for us within our budget. Definitely recommend them all, as the entire process from agreement to keys handover and checkin was very smooth and accomodating. James had been an absolute pleasure to work with. We appreciated his relaxed approach during the viewing so we didn’t feel pressured but he was able to give full details regarding the property at the right time. This overall started our journey with Reigate Andrews on a positive foot as well as James positively representing the Reigate office. I enjoy when he calls as it is either to tell us something or just to let us know he knows we are still there.
He has been able to build a relationship with us as sellers and buyers, professionally as well as socially so we feel comfortable to ask the awkward questions.
On top of this he meets and sets expectations and delivers them. We have felt like the process with James has been genuine. Isaac was extremely polite and friendly. He showed me a property and was able to negotiate nicely with the property’s tenants who were initially reluctant to allow us to view the property.
