My experience with Angel Homes has been nothing short of frustrating. Throughout my tenancy, they were highly inconsistent with inspections—often promising to come and then failing to show up or follow through on any maintenance issues. Worse yet, they never informed the landlord of these problems, leaving me stuck with unresolved issues for three years. Communication was a nightmare. I left countless voicemails and sent numerous emails, none of which were ever acknowledged. I had to constantly chase them for any sort of response, which is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating as a tenant. Towards the end of the tenancy, they asked me to organize an end-of-tenancy clean, which was costly and actually outside my obligations. Despite the fact that I had significantly improved the property and the landlord was happy, the estate agent is now exaggerating minor issues of wear and tear to withhold my deposit. In short, this agency has been unreliable, unhelpful, and unfair throughout my entire experience. I would strongly advise avoiding them at all costs if you're looking for a smooth, professional renting experience.... Read more

Do not touch this place they don't listen to anything you say it's all about what they want. This is not a review as I'm behind on rent as I'm all up to date it's about laura and her team being bullies especially Jeanette (manager) and David(inspector) former police officer and still thinks he is. They have been referred to the 1st tier on numerous occasions and this has been confirmed from other agencies on the street For your sanity stay clear this place won't be around much longer. I'm now in contact with the landlord direct to deal with them Terrible business UPDATE on this company If you find yourself having an issue and you need to use their emergency number be prepared to face a large bill Angel homes have no procedures in place to cover call out charges and repair costs so as a tenant you are expected to pay upfront and try to reclaim from them they then say they will contact the landlord to see what they want to do. If they didn't have a shop front they would be considered scammers Again avoid this place at all costs... Read more
